I just realized some people are a bit confused with whether or not the Sequel is in this book or not.
The sequel is a completely different book called "Anna And Her Boys". It has the same cover as KBOD, besides the title.
I'm sorry if you've gotten confused with this, and that I had just realized it a couple months after I finished this story :S

So yes, the sequel has been out since Christmas this year and is waiting for you, so adventure forth and find it ^.^
