"Michael, where– have you seen Tyler lately?"
"No, why?"
"I haven't seen him since, well, since we were in the basement of my house."
"Maybe he's just sick?"
"Sick my ass. You don't just get 'sick' after you slap your best friend."
"Wait, Tyler slapped you?"
"Yes, he did. Why does everyone think he's so innocent and pure? Do you even know about the shit he used to do with Josh?"
"No, I don't even go to your school. Therefore, I can't hear the rumors and stuff that go on."
"Never mind. Just please, if you see him around, tell him I'm worried about him."
Michael nodded, and with that, Brendon walked away from his friend.
Because truly, where would Tyler have gone? What was he doing?
