Repeat after me: I am stronger than this challenge, and this challenge is making me even stronger.
I don't know each and every one of you, but I know we're all facing different challenges. Whether it's your health, your grades in school, your job, your friends your relationship, e.t.c. you're facing an obstacle right now.
I want you to know that each and every one of these obstacles can only make you stronger. God has strategically placed each of these challenges in your life in order to build you up and prepare for your future. He has also made you strong enough to overcome whatever is bothering you, so believe in yourself!
So just keep reminding yourself. I am stronger than this challenge, and this challenge is making me stronger.
