(Grace pov)

I woke up the next morning by someone calling me, it was Jace.
Me: hello?
Jace: did i wake you up?
Me: yes you did
Jace: sorry but we got a big problem
Me: what is it?
Jace: remember yesterday when you grabbed my hand to calm me down
Me: yes I do, it wasn't that long ago
Jace: well someone took a picture and now its all over the internet
Me: are you joking?!
Jace: the worse part is that they say we're a couple!
Me: really that's terible, what are we gonna do?
Jace: i don't know we can't get it of the internet Grace
Me: i know
Jace: we will have to deal with it
Me: i got to go school is waiting
Jace: good luck
Me: you too
End of conversation

I look at my notifications and I have a lot of messages, from Emma, Emily, Dave, Jade and even from Jessica. I also have a lot of instagram DM's. I roll out of bed and ignore all the messages, i don't have time for this now i will explain at school. When i finally got at school a lot of people run into me asking me how it is to date Jace. This is exactly where i was afraid of, people want to be my friend out of nowhere only because I know Jace. I finally manage to get to my locker. "I thought you didn't like Jace"
I turn around and see Emily and Emma. "I don't!" I say. "Then why where you holding his hand?"
"Because he was afraid he would lose me when i got a boyfriend so i had to comfort him!" I say. "Boyfriend?"
"Yeah he thinks that Dave is my...." Dave i totally forgot about him this morning, i run to his locker. "I thought you said you didn't have a boyfriend!" He says with hurt eyes.
"I don't its a mistake!" I say
"No asking you out was a mistake!"
"Dave please let me explain!"
"No time, i have school!"
"Fine, then i will explain after school!"
"Whatever!" Is the only thing he could responds. I wanted to walk away but Jessica stood infront of my face.
"OMG you're Jace's girlfriend, if you told me that earlier then you could totally be in our squad!" She says
"I'm sorry Jessica but i don't want fake friends" i say trying to walk away
"What do you mean fake friends?"
"I mean that you only want to hang out because i know Jace!" I than start to walk away and I hear Jessica yell something like: "you're gonna pay for this!" All i did was roll my eyes and walk to class.

~time skip to after school~
All my classes are finally over, I'm waiting for Dave at his locker, i really want to explain what really happend. It took a long time before he came, but when he saw me he turnt around. I grabbed his arm before he could run away, i look into his eyes, they where  full of anger, before i could say anything he hits me. Tears start to form into my eyes. "WHAT WAS THAT FOR?" I yell
"For hurting me!" He yells back
"I was about to explain it!" I yell
"I don't need your exuses!" He yells
A tear rolls down my cheek when he hits me again. "WHAT THE HELL! If you actually cared about me, you wouldn't do that!" I yell crying
"And if you cared about me you would of told me you had a boyfriend!" He yells back. "And again i don't have a boyfriend, the internet made up that story the only reason why I was holding his hand was to comfort him, because he thought i was dating YOU!" I yell again
"Not a donkey would consider that to be true!" He yells back
"Fine then you don't believe me, you know I that you where a caring guy, but I was so wrong about you!"
I run away and see Emily walking towards Dave, she's gonna kill him. After a few minutes Dave runs up to me I wanted to run away but he grabbed my arm just like i did before. "Emily explaint that you where right"
"So you don't believe me, but you do believe my best friend!"
"Grace I'm so sorry do you forgive me?" He asks with puppy eyes. "Of course i forgive you!" I say. "Really?"
"No!" I yell and run away, but he grabs me in time and pushes me to the wall. He then tries to kiss me, but i kick him in the balls, he falls on the ground and yells: "you will pay for this!" I just run home as fast as possible. But i bumped into someone when i was almost home. It was Jace, he saw my tears and asked what happend I explaint everything that happend with Dave and he comfort me, it felt like how he comfort me when we got kidnapped. We walked to his room and just sat down in silent, not an awkward silent or something.
"So how was your day?" I ask
"Terible, the cast was asking me a lot of questions, like when did you start dating and why didn't you tell us?"
"Ugh i hate rumors so much!"
"Yeah but we can't fix it right now"
"Yes thats true, but still"
I lie down on his bed, he does the same thing, Jace and I didn't have that  much time to just lay down and talk. After a while i fell asleep.

(Jace pov)
Grace fell asleep, i totally forgot how she looked like when she was sleeping. She looked very peaceful, even after everything that happend today, it must be awful, that the person she really liked hurt her so much. I kiss her forhead gentle "i love you" I whisper, then I fell asleep too.

Guys should Grace and Jace date or should it wait for a little longer, idk but i do know that Dave is an asshole.
