"Aria, I got it" Aria looked up the hear the thick Irish accent of Seamus Finnigan. He had come running up and took a chair to her right and on her left plopped down Dean Thomas, Seamus's best friend. She looked between both boys, who each had a wide grin on their face.

"Got what?" Aria ran a hand through her hair, before using the hair tie around her wrist to tie her hair back into a ponytail. She usually went to them to help with pranks so she was hoping it was a prank they had in mind.

"We want to prank Snape" Dean replied after shoving some food in his mouth, it was breakfast time after all. "And since we all know, he's your favorite teacher" Oh yeah, sarcasm much. "We thought you'd love to do the honors."

"Always" Aria smiled at the two boys. They were both really excited so obviously it was something that they thought would be amazing, "Come on guys tell me"

"Alright here it goes" Seamus leaned in to whisper in her ear. She laughed slightly as he gave her the plan. "So what do you think?"

"I think its an amazing plan" Aria grinned from ear to ear. She was definitely going to enjoy this day.

"Guys, you can't go around pranking a teacher." Hermione spoke from across the table. She hadn't even looked up from her book. She was reading her Defense Against the Dark Arts book. She frowned as she did eventually look up at them. "You guys are going to get expelled"

"Only if they catch me, plus Snape will never turn me, no matter how angry he gets with me" Aria spoke looking at her.

"Oh?" Harry spoke from next to her. She looked over at him, he was eyeballing her suspiciously, like she was hiding something from him. She made a face as she realized what he was thinking.

"Oh, gross, Harry" She wrinkled her nose. "There's no way I would go near him, not even with a ten foot pole"  She turned her head to look at Snape. He was talking quietly with Professor Dumbledore. Even though she had said that it was gross and that she wouldn't go near him like that, she couldn't help but think about the two kisses they had shared. She mentally shook her head. She was going to this prank to show him, she wasn't a crybaby, that last night was a moment of weakness and she would never again show it to him.

The bell rang to signal the end of breakfast and she gulped down her milk before she grabbed her back and with the two boys on her heels made it to the Defense against the Dark Arts classroom way ahead of the other students. Today she choose to sit next between Dean and Seamus, hoping to some degree that it might make Professor Snape jealous. She looked up as the classroom began to fill with people. Professor Snape came in a few minutes later and looked at her. She grinned at him, he was perplexed as to why she had changed seats, but it wasn't unusually for her, so he said nothing.

"Oh, sir" Aria raised her hand. He nodded letting her know she could speak. "It seams Seamus has forgotten his book and he was afraid he would be late. No one wants to be late to your class, so is there anyway he could borrow one from you"  She gave him a sweet innocent look that none of the teachers had been able to resist, the same look her father had given his teachers and they couldn't resist it then. Professor Snape sighed, running a finger along his jaw. They could see he was contemplating.

"Very well" Even the cold-hearted professor wasn't immune to her look. It would not have worked had it been Sirius of course, but she was different. "I shall return momentarily."

Professor Snape left the room and Aria pulled her wand out. It hung loosely in her fingers as she waved it almost carelessly reciting a spell quietly, so only Seamus and Dean heard it. She put her wand away and winked at the boys before Professor Snape came back in holding a copy of the book for Seamus. From all around him a song burst.
You spin me right round, baby
Right round like a record, baby
            Right round, round, round

You spin me right round, baby
Right round like a record, baby
           Right round, round, round

The whole class minus the Slytherins and Hermione, burst out laughing. Professor Snape was not amused in anyway. The look of pure angry on his face told the class that who ever was in charge was going to be in a lot of trouble. As he glared across the classroom, the students became very quiet, very still. Even Aria who might have had something to say was extremely quiet, though she was trying to stifle a laugh, She kept a hand discretely over her mouth to keep him from seeing the smile that was threatening to come over her lips. She looked at him and he caught her eye. She almost thought he knew, but she was able to keep an innocent look on her face.

"When I find out who did this, and I will find out" He spoke, his voice dangerously quiet. "There will be severe punishments.

"Sir" Aria raised her hand, getting a glare from the trio sitting across the isle from her.

"What?" He snapped at her. He was angry, but he had no right to take it out on her. Her eyes widened with annoyance, yes it was her fault that he was angry, but he was taking his angry out on her more then usually.

"Alright, I know you're annoyed, but don't get snippy with me" Everyone one looked between her and him. This always happened when he got angry, they fought. Again she would probably get detention. "So here it goes, so what if it isn't someone in here. I mean spells can be cast from other rooms as long as they have a name and the idea of what spell they want to cast. For all you know, it could have been a random student, or maybe... maybe even a slytherin."

People gasped. No one every dared to say that his Slytherins could cause any trouble. No one except for Aria and Professor McGonagall. Aria stared at Snape with a 'i could care less' look. He stared back, surprised that after his angry spout she was going to talk back to him. She crossed her arms over her chest and leaned back in her chair, so she was on two legs. He hated when she did that, that's why she did it. She lived to annoy him and he knew it. He didn't answer her, but went on with his lesson as a silence hung over the class. It wasn't too much longer before the bell rang.

Everyone got up and left as quickly as possible. No one wanted to be last one out. In fact, Aria was one of the first one out with the two boys at her side. She didn't want to get caught and be the one in trouble. As the day goes on they hear more and more of the prank she plays on him. They made it to lunch period and she hoped that he would come in. She knew he might forget about the curse she had put on him, which she was right and when he came in to the great hall the song burst out from around him. The hall was stunned, the students didn't know what to day, until the gryffindors started laughing. She watched the teachers, who had small smiles on their faces, even Professor Dumbledore seemed to holding back a chuckle.

He had asked about the curse, how long it would last, no one said anything, no one knew how long it would last. Although Aria knew that it would be last for twenty-four hours and it was going to make for an amazing rest of the day. She couldn't help but grin from ear to ear at him as he glared over at her. She had a feeling he knew she did it, but if he did know, he hadn't said anything to her or anyone else. If he had, then she probably would have been expelled. She was sure no matter how much he  might hate her, he would never want her to be gone. She amused him and he amused her.
