He looked the same as always...ageless. He saw me and his eyes widened then he turnes his head in disbelief. My eunuch opened up my scroll and announced "*Under the orders of heaven, to accept the mandate of heaven*, under the Emperors Imperial orders to say that as a reward you will stay his royal highness' side as his personal physician." I watched as he said nothing but quietly kneeled and replied gritting out "Thank you gracious majesty may you live millions of years.*" I then dismissed the old elderly eunuch and once he was gone I immediately drew him into my embrace, with his nape that remeber from five years ago that night and breathed in his herbal body scent as if one whiff healed all of my illnesses. He tried to pull out my grip but it only made my hold on him become tighter.
"Why are you doing this?! Don't forget I'm your savior! You owe me! Don't repay debt with hatred*! Don't be a white eyed wolf*!" He said smoothing his white robes. "You don't even know me! And I you."
"Then allow me to get to know you! Starters we can exchange names! You can call me Hong Lei."
"Your majesty, it is inappropriate for your subject to address you as such."
"It's my command. Name?" I asked pulling him into my lap.
"Yuan Yun Xu*." He muttered, giving up struggling as I then led to his place of residence.
"At least I don't have to call you Xiao Bai*."
  "Xiao…?" Yun Xu chuckled. It was a quaint little place that was near my palace, but still isolated from the outside world, hoping that at least he would feel at home.
"You may roam around your residence however much you would like, but you may not leave. If you need anything, ask one of the servants." He quietly nodded as I despairing separated him after we just reunited. But just as I was about to leave he stopped and said "Is this retribution for refusing to allow you to have your way with me?"
"No...I would never...Is it wrong of me to want the person I love to be at my side?" I asked with my hand caressing his cheek.
"You can't love a person you just met." He stated as a matter of fact, as he grabbed me by the wrist and removed my hand then excused himself in his residence.
