I said as I nudged him to wake up.
"Hi"
He seemed off.
"Is everything ok?"
"Uh.. yeah.. but I have to go."
"Go where?"
"Europe.."
What the fuck.
"What do you mean Europe? Is it to shoot another movie?"
"Yeah, sorry babe."

"Oh. When is it. Next week? Next month?"
He looks at his watch.
"Um.. my flight leves in about 3 hours."
"WHAT AND YOU'RE JUST TELLING ME THIS NOW?"
"Sorry babe! It came up all of a sudden. Look I've got to pack, you go get breakfast and we'll talk when I'm finished. Ok?"
"Fine."
I left the room towards the kitchen, I picked up my phone and dialed Kate.
"Hello?"
"Hey Kate. It's me, Margot."
"Sunshine! Whats up?"
"Call David. I'm doing the movie."
"GREAT! Good decision kiddo. What made you change your mind?"
I don't like telling Kate about my relationship. She always tries to convince me to break up with Tom.
"It all of sudden seemed like a great opportunity."
"Great I'll call right away."

2 hours later.
"Hey babe?"
"Yes?"
"I've got to get going to the airport already."
"Ok."
We kissed and he was heading for the door.
"Oh and by the way I just casted in a new movie."
He looked annoyed. Like if I said it to be cocky.
"Great. Tells me how that goes for you!"
The door shuts and I whisper to myself.
