Monsters were normal at night in the very small town that was tucked into the more rural part of Jersey. Devilsworth was populated by two hundred people that knew that monsters lurked the streets. The streets that never held tourists, visitors, and held secrets that other towns haven't even known.
Hell, its like the town didn't exist.
