"no" you pushed the piece of napkin back towards Jack

"I wasn't asking, now sign the damn paper" he pushed it back to you

it was a day before Christmas and a day after you found out that the boy that is sitting in front of you at the lunch table is your boyfriend's brother.

"you can't tell me what to do" you crossed your arms on your chest

"Shortcake. I can't risk it, I want you to promise me that you won't tell Justin anything. not now, I will tell him at the right time. now sign" he handed you the pen 

"I can't keep something like this from my own boyfriend, he'll be so mad if eventually he finds out that I knew all along. he misses you guys so much you have no idea. I can't I just can't" you sighed

"I know but trust me it's better if we wait ,he doesn't have to know that you knew all along. when I tell him you can act surprised. but as it is for now we need to keep this a secret"

you looked at him with sad eyes then sighed and took the pen off his hands and signed, "here"

"thank you" he smiled and took the paper with the confidentiality agreement he wrote on a napkin from his cafeteria food, formal much.

"if you are gonna be the cause for our break up I'm gonna hunt you Bieber." you rolled your eyes

Jack giggled "sounds hot when you say that, now I know why my brother fell for you" he winked

"shut up" you looked away annoyed

"by the way, how did you even meet? he is 3 years older than us" he asked "did he use to study here too?"

"no" you mumbled. Jack didn't know that his question just reminded you all that happened. you truly forgot about the kidnap thing and all that happened because of it because you forgave Justin, you truly did. he was an amazing boyfriend and the pass 5 months have been perfect ,but then you remembered the first day Justin kidnapped you, and raped you. how scared you were, how hurt.

you crashed back to reality to find Jack's curious eyes "we met at some party" you shrugged and played with your food

"oh I see" he said "hold on" he pulled out his ringing phone from his pocket and got up to talk to the person on the other end.

"guess who" you felt his soft breath against your skin as he covered your eyes with his hands from behind and whispered the words into your ear.

you smiled a big smile "god?" 

"close" he smirked and turned you around to kiss you.

"I didn't know you are gonna come today" you mumbled against his lips

he pulled back slowly and rested his hand on your back pulling you closer to him.

"I thought I would surprise you, I haven't seen you since our little date" he smiled "don't get me wrong I love your voice on the phone but I rather see you" he pecked your lips again

"you're cute" you were about to kiss him again when you heard a cough from behind

"hi" Jack waved at you as you turned around 

"oh um," you coughed "Justin this is Jack, Jack..this is my boyfriend Justin"

Justin looked confused for a second but shook it off fast enough "hey man" they shook hands

"do I know you? because you look very familiar for some reason.." Justin said and squinted trying to remember where could he possibly have seen this guy before, you sighed quietly and looked at Jack.

"I don't think so, I'm new in town" he smiled and Justin nodded.

Jack turned to you "do you wanna reschedule? because I see you won't be free today" he smiled

"omg I totally forgot, ok tomorrow?" 

"okay, enjoy guys. it was nice to meet you" he nodded at Justin

"you too bro" 

Jack left and you turned back to Justin "he seems like a nice guy"

"he is not" you rolled your eyes

"so what is it that you rescheduled?" 

"oh, since he's new the principle said I'll tutor him. so I help him with the material, not biggy" you pecked his lips and got into his car

"I'm still convinced I saw this guy somewhere, maybe he's famous? is he?"

"no" you giggled "he is not"

"it freaks me out!" he said as he parked by your house

"Justin, he is.." you bit your lip and closed your eyes stopping yourself 

"he what?" Justin looked at you

"he doesn't matter, now lets focus on other things" you smiled and kissed him deeply.

"my mum took my brother to the mall so my house is empty" you whispered against his lips as you gasped for air

he kissed you again and whispered back "are you seducing me?" he smirked

"jerk" you bit his lip

"lets go to your room" he pulled back and winked. 

you got out of the car and he ran to you and pulled you up carrying you into the house, "couch works too" he whispered and locked the door lying you on the sofa softly getting on top of you slowly and kissing you deeply.

he moved his soft lips down your jawline to your neck ,you closed your eyes and bit your lip and gripped into his hair.

he begun undoing the buttons of your shirt and kissing down your body "I always thought uniforms were hot, now I know they are" he winked as he unclipped your bra. you bit your lip and pulled him back up to kiss him.

you wrapped your legs around his waist and he grind himself against you. he broke the kiss and moved back down to kiss your breasts ,you moaned as he sucked your nipples hard and moved his tongue around it. 

he kissed down your belly and licked all the way back up to your lips, "that's gonna be fun" he whispered and took off your panties under your skirt.

"oh god" you gasped as you both finished.

"that was GREAT!" he said like a little kid

you giggled and kissed him softly "yes it was", you got up and picked up your clothes.

"what's wrong?" he asked 

"we better get dressed and run up before my mom comes back home" you smiled and ran up the stairs to your room.

you heard Justin's steps following you and locking the door behind him as he got into the room.

"there is no need to get dressed" he winked and pushed you against the wall kissing you hard making you drop the clothes to the floor. you smiled as he ran his hand down your body.

he suddenly pulled back.

"what?" you asked

"I think I know where I know this Jack guy from."
