A Simple Apology
The sight of when you cry,
Breaks every single piece of my heart,
Inside I slowly die.
And what makes it all worse,
Is knowing that I'm your sadness's source.
I'm the reason why you're heart broken in the corner,
Sniffling and tearing up, I've made you into a scorner.
Your heart, being as pure as it was,
Is now broken and shattered,
Before I didn't think that these feelings mattered.
My eyes are open ,and now I see,
A broken face,
Staring back at me.
How do I fix, such scene?
When I was the one, who was being mean.
Is there a way to reverse time?
Anything to make you back to being mine?
No is your answer, it's too late you say,
Will it be fate's decision for things to stay this way?
You can't stand me being here,
Not even there. Please just listen to me,
I didn't mean to scare.
Now that things have come to this,
I have nothing left to say,
But a simple apology,
Would you accept that anyway?

Even when saying 'sorry' can be hard, it doesn't hurt to try, unless the person punches you, then that would definitely hurt xD
