You may answer with a simple Friday,
But surely there's no time to delay.
In case you forgot, which I doubt is true,
It's your birthday, now there's a clue!
You heard me right when I say that,
Happy birthday, here's your party hat!
Today is the day of when you were born,
Someone blow the party horn!
With every birthday, a song is sung,
Instead of singing the same old one,
I'm going to write my own, since it's much more fun!
