Sharlene walked home from the jeepney drop off once again, and rushed as she still felt as if someone was watching her.

“This is getting ridiculous.” She figured as she got to her home.

The doorbell then rang, startling her. She opened the door and it was Nash and Alexa.

“Thank goodness it’s just the two of you.” She was relieved.

“Why naman?” Alexa questioned, a bit shocked.

“Nothing.” She lied, giving off a fake smile. “Pasok.” She invited them.

The two actually visited to finish off their presentation.

“Finally!” Nash exclaimed as a few hours have passed already.

“We’ll sure pass this presentation with flying colors.” Alexa told them.

“Right?!” Sharlene agreed.

The following day, the three decided to present first and presented their topic with ease.

“Great job you guys. I think I learned more about The Bataan Death March than the books.” The teacher praised them. “Okay, next is Elizabeth’s team.” She announced.

The bell rang to end the class, making the students pack up to leave.

“Remember the final exam is in two weeks!” The teacher reminded them.

Sharlene then received a text message from an unknown number. She checked the message, but there was nothing but a picture of herself working at Forever 21. “You’ll be having a visitor later today.” She read the text as she already had an idea on who messaged her.

“You okay?” Alexa noticed Sharlene’s facial expression.

“Ha-ah.. Yeah. I’m fine. I’ll see you guys next week.” She left her and Nash.

Nash just watched her as she left the classroom.

Moments later, Sharlene rushed to her job as she was running late.

“I thought you quit? What are you doing here?” Sharlene was clueless.

“Quit? Why would I quit my job? I need the money so I can pay for my expenses!” She told, still shocked.

“But earlier…”

“San si Mr. Buenavista?” She cut her co-worker off.

“Ah.. in the back.”

“Thanks.” She rushed to talk to her boss.

She was starting to get nervous.

Sharlene rode the jeepney home, disappointed at what just happened earlier. She stepped down the jeep as soon as she reached her destination and walked home slowly. She then noticed a black Royal Royce in front of her house.

“I knew it!” She rushed to the car.

The chauffer opened the door for her, inviting her to go inside. She went inside without a hesitation.

“What did you do to my job!” She started as she got inside. “Give me my job back!” She continued.

A man in a black suit just handed her a tablet. She snatched the tablet and looked at the screen as someone familiar to her was on it.

“Long time no see Shar!” The person greeted.

“Why did you take my job away?! First you told me, I need to get a job, and now you’re taking it away from me?! What’s next?! My house too?!” She started.

“Relax! I’m not going to take your house away. I want you to work for our company instead.” The person told her.

“No!” Sharlene immediately declined..

“Sure ka? How are you gonna pay for your expenses now? We’re only gonna take all other jobs you get.” She felt threatened. “The only way we can monitor your action is by working in our company. Gets mo?!!” Sharlene started getting annoyed.

“Monitor? Ah! So you guys were the one that’s been following me around!! Am I right?!” She figured. “Give me my job back!” She ordered.

“I already told you. You are working for the company and that’s final!” The person was persistent.

Sharlene messed up her hair from frustration.

“I understand you’re still a high school student so I’ll allow you to have a flexible schedule.” The person told her.

“I’ll think about it.” She got out of the car, slamming the door as soon as she got out of it.

She walked inside her house, slamming all doors behind her.

“GAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!” She yelled.

She turned on her computer to write on her blog.

GGGAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I hate you!!!!!!!!!!!!” That’s all she posted.

She was so frustrated, she threw herself on the bed and started tearing up. She had to let her frustration out somehow.

Her phone then rang, but she answered rather angrily without checking who the caller was.

“What do you want?!” She yelled.

“Wrong number!” The caller quickly hung up.

Moments have passed and she just laid on her bed silently as if she was a lifeless doll.

*** A/N ***

It’s getting rather interesting isn’t it? Yay!!
