Shane's POV
"What was that?"
Joey asked, his voice loopy like he had just take drugs.
"N-Nothing... I just got a text."
I reassured him, so he wouldn't worry. He laid back down closing his eyes with a small smile on his face. I picked up my phone to see who had called. Joey wrapped his arms around my waist so I twisted in a way that he couldn't see what was on my phone. I scrolled through missed calls until I made it to the top.
Nothing. I breathed a sigh of relief.
I was about to exit out of the app but I pressed the wrong button. It took me the screen that said people I've recently called. My heart started to beat faster when I realized: No one called me... I called them.
Unknown's POV
I sat on my couch eating and watching tv. It was beginning to get late, around 10 or so. I was about to go do some editing of my videos when my phone rang. It was Shane. I smiled. I haven't talked to him in a while! I thought. I answered it.
"Hey Shane!!"
I said, running my hand through my hair. No answer.
"Shane?"
I asked. I heard rustling in the background.
"Shane seriously, I know you're there..."
I said.
"I'm about to hang uuuup..."
I said. And I was about to, ad then heard it. I small moan echoing through the phone.
"Shane?!"
I almost yelled. Again no answer. Knowing that someone was there, I kept listening.
"Uh!"
I heard Shane groan, but I didn't know who the other one was. It was a man, I could tell, but a very feminine sounding too. I waited a while, to see if anyone mentioned a name. I was about to give up when I heard
"J-Joeyy!"
JOEY?! I sat there shocked. I couldn't believe it. How did I not see this coming? Why was I so shocked? I couldn't believe it.
It went on for a minute or too, and then it was quiet. I heard them being all lovey. I have to admit, I guess they were cute together. And then Joey said
"You didn't have to change for me to like you."
What did Shane change? I haven't seen him in a while, I haven't talked to him either. I missed him. Then I decided to hang up, let them be. I couldn't help it though I think I feel... Jealous. Of Joey.
Shane's POV
I knew who the number was, but I decided not to mention it to Joey. I didn't want him to worry about this now, he was so happy. He laid curled into my chest, breathing heavily. I decided to wait to tell him, I mean the person I called could've been worse, it could've been my mom, but I was still kind of nervous to confront them about it. I guess
I shouldn't worry about it now though, it's too late, and we are too happy to worry about it. I decided to wait and I would tell Joey and call them back tomorrow.
"Night Joey..."
I whispered.
"Nighty Shaney..."
He said, falling asleep with a smile on his lips.
***Authors Note Ooooh who is unknown? (don't be a smart ass and answer with 'I don't know, it's unknown') So a hint is: Thay haven't talked to Shane in a while (They haven't been introduced to the story yet) and they weren't surprised that Shane was gay.
