It was early morning when you stepped into Ja'fars office. Said man
had been working already since the first sun rays had shown. Even if it
was common for him to work like this, it still kept you worrying.
"Don't overwork yourself again." You said with a worrying tone, as you
put down a cup of hot coffee on Ja'fars working table.
Ja'far sighed. "If Sin would just take his duties as a king more
serious." He said more to himself than to you. Leaning your head a bit
to a side you asked: "Can I help you at least?"
"No. Thank you." He answered and looked short up from the pile of
paperwork in front of him. "And..." his cheeks were covered in a dust of
pink. "Thank you for always carrying for me. I really appreciate it."
"After all, someone needs to watch over you too."
With a warm smile you turned to leave the room.
Later in the afternoon, you stood as usual in the kitchen of the
palace and took a break from your work. Lunchtime had just finshed and
everyone took a break before the preparations for the next meal would
start.
"Did Ja'far attend the meal?" You asked one of the maids, sitting near
to you. The maid answered with a short and simple no. A sigh escaped
your lips as you thought about Ja'far. It wasn't the first time for
him to miss lunch and it wouldn't be the last time. You stood up and
started to prepare some food fast for him.
When you was finished with the food, you put everyhting on a tray and
made your way to Ja'fars office. With a short knock on the door you
entered the room.
Surprised you noticed that Ja'far was not alone, Sinbad stood near
Ja'fars table.
"Ah, (name), nice to see you." Sinbad gave you a big smile. "You look
gorgeous carrying that tray." He started a bad attempt to flirt with
you.
"Of course, Sinbad." You rolled your eyes over his comment.
Ja'far had kept his eyes locked on his work, when you placed the tray
near to him.
"Thank you." He said to you, without looking up.
"No problem." You answered short and left the room, not without Sinbad
making another eye-rolling attempt to flirt. "Wow, you look even more
beautiful without the tray."

"When will you tell her?" Sinbad asked looking to Ja'far.
"What am I supposed to tell her?" he answered.
"You know exactly what I am talking about."
"Just go to work, please."
"Only if you tell her."
Ja'far sighed annoyed. "Ok, I tell her, but only if you finish this
today." He pointed at a pile of paperwork on another table.
"What, all of this?" Sinbad asked with open jaw and big eyes. "I will
die with all of this work."
"Ok, so I can keep it to myself." Ja'far said, taking a sip of his coffee.
"Ok, ok, I can do this. For your sake, Ja'far." Sinbad tried to lift
his spirit.
Later that day, you had just finished you work, you was on your way to
Ja'fars office again. Carrying a tray with coffee, as usual.
With a short knock you entered the office. The pile of paperwork on
the second table had vanished and so had Sinbad. You went to Ja'fars
table, put the tray down and turned to leave again, when suddenly...
"Can you wait a moment?" Ja'far asked.
You stopped in your tracks and turned around. "Yes. Of course."
The pen, Ja'far used scratched short over paper, as he wrote and then
he stopped.
"Ok, finished for today." He said more to himself than to you.
You watched him as he stood up.
"I...I would like to talk to you about something." he started stuttering
and walked around his table and stopped right in front of youl.
You looked at him, hoping he wouldn't notice how heavy and fast your
heart was beating.
"Well,.... How should I start. I like you. I like you a lot." He said,
with a red face.
"To say it exactly, I think I fell in love with you." One of his hand
rested on his chest, where is heart was beating fast.
A warm smile was on your face. Without really knowing what you was
doing, your hands cupped his face and you sealed his lips with yours.
When you separated, your faces were both red and Jaf'ars arms where
around your waist, hugging you. "I love you too, Ja'far." You
whispered as answer and leaned your forehead against his.

Extra Ending.

Sinbad was running through the palace, in search for someone special.
'He never overslept' he thought to himself. Opening a random door, he
stuck his head inside. "Ja'far?"
"Sinbad you pevert, get out." Pisit screamed and threw a pillow at her
king, as he had opened her room. "Sorry." He closed the door fast.
'Where could he be?' He thought wondering where Ja'far was. 'Wait... (name)'
An idea came to his mind. He ran to (name)s room and stormed in
without knocking.
"(name), you know where..." he started, as he noticed the scene in front of him.
An annoyed looking Ja'far laid inside (name)s bed and glared at
Sinbad. (name) had fast covered herself with a blanket, as she was
still naked from the events of last night.
"Oh, sorry. And thank you (name), I think I found Ja'far." Sinbad said
as he went backwards towards the door. When he was out of the room
again, a huge grin plastered his face and he started running around
screaming. "Ja'far and (name) are together. And everthing thanks to me
doing my work."
Inside the room Ja'far left a sigh, he was sure Sinbad would tell him
this till the end of his life.

Sorry for Sindbad's extreme cheap flirting.
