Ciara POV
I sit in the backyard thinking about what August said yesterday,I was this 👌🏾 close to crying. Maybe I should just move past everything and listen to my heart and not my mind. I go in the house and sit next to Victor,I lay my head on his shoulder.
"I've been thinking about going back home" I say
"Good,you 100% sure?" He asks
"Yea" I smile
"In glad you're following your heart,I'll talk to him myself one day this week" He says while standing up
I stand up and he hugs me tightly before walking me to the car.
"Lemme know how it go" He says
"Ok" I say
I make it there in 20 minutes and I use my key to get in,I go into the bedroom and see August sleep. I place my purse on the dresser and take my shoes off before climbing on the bed. I kiss on his face and he starts moving around.
"Mmmh stop" He mumbles
I continue to kiss all over his face and he moves my hands and says stop again.
"You really want me to stop?" I smirk
His eyes shoot open and he looks at me shocked.
"Princess? What you doing here?" He asks
"I thought about what you said yesterday and I think I'm finally over everything" I say
"Really?" He smiles
"Yea,at least you didn't do it right?" I chuckle
"Yea" He laughs
"And you still managed to put my feelings first,even when we were only friends" I smirk
"Of course,that was the first thing that ran through my mind" He says
"Well I just wanna move past all of this finally" I say
"Me too" He sighs
I smile and lean down to kiss him softly,we kiss for about 5 minutes before I pull away.
"Ok now get up we got a wedding to plan" I smirk
He smiles at me and kisses my cheek before standing up. It feels good to be home,a month is wayyyyy too long.
