Chapter 1:

*BRINNG*

Finally bell rang ,I've been waiting on what fell like forever. Quickly grabbing my stuff, shoving them in my bag I walk out my last period of the day classroom door. It's Friday, what an awful week I had so far. In the last two days I found my boyfriend with his tongue down my ex friend mouth ,my car broke down and the worst yet , my mom boss is coming over for dinner , that was my two days of bitterness. As I walk down the school hallway people smiled at me :

''Hey Alice'' a girl I don't know shout ,I just smile and wave ,which made her smile widen. I'm not really popular but I'm just ...well known , people like me. Sure I'm not mean and I'm pretty but I still don't like being popular ,I like to chose my friends carefully , I like to know I have real friends. I guess I was wrong about Sidney, I clearly was. I still can't believe she would kiss my boyfriend, I actually trusted him. What ever it doesn't matter, I didn't really like him that much but it still hurts ,I let out sign ,you don't know who to trust these days.

''Looking good baby'' Justin wink at me ,I scowled at him. He's got to be the top player in school, i really don't see why girls want to be with him, sure he's hot and everything but come on! Everyone knows he just like to bang and dump girls, yet they never learn.

''Liz!!'' I look at my best friend since birth ,standing at my locker smiling.

''Hi Emily'' I smiled ''Just give me a second, I forgot my cell phone in my locker''

''Sure, by the way I'm really sorry I can't make it tonight. Brad asked me out'' hm mm Brad.. oh I think that's Em flavor of the week, that girl need to learn to stop messing with guys ,she might even be like Justin but only differences she's a girl ,I shiver , a female Justin but you just got to love her. I mean guys know what their getting into when their want to date her or should I say 'hookup'.

''It's okay Em, I'm going to be fine'' Not. Her boss is probably some old dude who will talk although dinner or worst yet he might fall to sleep and I'll have to sit and listen to him snore, this is going to be the longest dinner. I sign and shut my locker door. We start walking to her car.

''I know your lying Alice ,but I'm sorry , I really do like Brad'' she said looking down at the floor ,her blond hair blocking her face from view. I was shock, I can't believe Em have a crush ,I mean my Emily actually likes a guy! It's not like she's a heartless sl*t ,it's just that she has trust issues, when it comes to people ,other than me of course , she really finds it hard to trust a guy.

''Wow Em that's great! Wait is it the same Brad from Math class right?'' Please be him and not the cocky Brad.

''Yea'' she smile dreamy, wow she does likes him. I smile as we reach her car, a white convertible ,with red leather seats ,mine the same but it's black not white, did I mention we're rich, well we are.

''Alice!!'' Oh no ,please don't be Chase I thought crossing my fingers. I turned around ,damn, why don't he leave me alone, you think he would have gotten the message when I dumped my lunch on him earlier.

''Go away Chase'' I groan and look over at Emily who is on the other side of the car, she nod with a wicket smile. Oh no..

''Jump in'' she said, we jump over the door and Em start the car just as Chase reach ,and she floor it leaving Chase with his mouth open and smoke around him, while we were laughing like crazy people.
