Memory Loss Chapter 11

***HERE IT IS EVERYONE!! CHAPTER 11!!***

 Chapter 11

While laying in bed I know that I need to tell Damon about all these things that happened. It's now 1AM and I'm finally getting tired. Took me long enough. I slowly start to drift off, deeper into my pillow. Then balm! I'm asleep.

*Dream World*

I'm in the meadow again but it's different somehow than how I remember it. It's Autumn now and there's bright orange, yellow, red, and even some green leaves on most of the trees and on the ground beneath them. I look down to where I was in the meadow, and noticed something very peculiar... The leaves where all over the ground, except for where I was lying. I notice that there is movement slightly to the side of me, and I'm shocked to see that it was Damen. He was laying beside me with his arms across his chest with his eyes closed and smiling up towards the sky. It was strange though, I was fully aware that I was in a dream, like my mind and body sent me here specifically to help me. "Hey Damen, welcome to my dream." I said with a huge smile. Because I really think it's a clear sign that I have growing feelings for Damen that hit like a truck, especially for him to be here in my dream world.

"I like it, can't wait to see you tomorrow." He said with a grin and opening his eyes. He sat up leaning on his elbows and stared deeply into my eyes. "Damen I lo-" I began to respond to him, but I get a rush of feeling that I was falling over me hit me hard.

Then I open my eyes and awake from the dream as I fell off my bed. Great right when I was really liking the dream I must fall of my bed. Oh, joy great timing body. Luckily, I woke up enough to half catch myself when thudding to the floor. My hands felt the sting of my body weight falling onto them, as well as my hip which I'm sure will bruise from the impact. As I'm beating myself up mentally about falling out of bed and injuring myself, I hear a soft knocking on my bedroom door. My mind immediately jumped to Damen, especially with him just being in my dream and everything.

"Who is it?" I said in a whisper trying to hold in my excitement incase that my hope of it being Damen doesn't take over me.

"It's me." Oh my gosh I know that voice. I let out a little mouse like squeak in excitement, because I know who the voice belongs to... its Damen. I was hoping I'd see him at my door and not it be some annoying nurse coming to check in on me. I try and hold back the excitement in my voice but fail, "come in!" Damen opens the door a crack and pokes his head in looking around the room and then smiling when he sees me on the floor starring back up at him.

"Not that I'm not glad to see you, but why are you here?" I hope he didn't think I was trying to be rude but why was he here this early?!? Damen fully enters the room and carefully closes the door behind him, trying not to make a noise, this making me know that no one knows that he is here right now. He grabs my hands and helps me off the floor and nervously whispers, "I'm here to get you out of here. You know that girl that you heard scream earlier today? Well one of the nurses said that you're next in the room. She told me to get you out of here, and to do it fast." He looked so worried about. I didn't notice that he had a bag with him, and he went over and grabbed what little belongings I had and shoved them into the bag.

As he was gathering everything I stood there in shock and trying to process what he just told me. I wonder if it was that nurse that covered for me when I went out with Damen yesterday? Possibly, but why would she keep doing things like this for me? I don't understand it. Oh well I know Damen wasn't He looked over at me and asked if he grabbed everything. I quickly went into the washroom to grab my toothbrush, hairbrush, and toothpaste. "Okay, I'm all set." He starts walking towards the door and I follow quietly behind him.

He carefully opens the door trying not to make a single noise. Phew we made it out of my room and quietly down the hallway to make our way out of the hospital. And that brings us to the hard part... especially since I'm on the 6th floor. ERG why cruel world would you put me so high up! The elevator isn't exactly super quiet when it's the dead of night and the whole hospital is eerily silent.

"Okay Damen, so what's the plan to get me from here, the 6th floor, down to the 1st and out of the hospital, and all WITHOUT! Getting noticed." I said a bit worried looking around making sure no one was in the halls but us.

"Dang it I thought banging giant pots with spoons would work perfect. There goes my plan." He said smiling and giving me a wink. I pushed his arm in retaliation saying. "Yah neither the time nor the place Damen." Especially if he is right with the information he got from the nurse.

"Well, I was planning on using the same plan I used to get up to your room but backwards. And with a added disguise. Down for another spy mission Bella?" He then went into his backpack and pulled out nurse uniform tops, bottoms, and scrub masks.

"Ah I get it now; we dress up as doctors and make our way to the 1st floor and out the door... wait how did you get the uniforms?" I have a feeling who, but I want to hear him say it to confirm my thought.

"The nurse that told me to get you out of here gave them to me." He said it like it was nothing, as if it was something that happens every day, as if its normal for a nurse to help break out a patient with some boy. What was with this nurse! And what were they going to do to me in that room? Does Damen know what goes on in there? I have so many more questions now racing through my head. Anyways I don't want to know, all I know is I wanted to get out of here and make it fast. Last thing we need is to get caught by someone.

We toss the uniforms over top of our clothing and press the button for the elevator to come. It feels like the elevator is taking forever so I grab Damen's hand to calm my nerves trying to center and ground myself. It finally arrives and the doors open with a ding. We look both ways down the hall and step inside. Hitting the button for lobby and then holding the close door button. When we're out of the elevator and making a bee line walking fast towards the exit. Damen told me not to run while in the elevator, as that would cause suspicion if anyone were to see us. We are halfway through the lobby when we spot someone come down one of the halls.

"Hey, you two stop there for a minute." We've been spotted. Panic sets in and I freeze where I'm standing, still holding Damen's hand.
