Bella's Pov.

''Kitten'' Tyler laughed once again at my anxiousness. ''Leave Me Alone Ty'' I whined liked causing him to burst out laughing. I pouted crossing my arms As he cleared his tears. ''God baby your adorable I'm excited to Kitten'' Tyler placed a kiss on my lips.

''Ms Bella Cromby'' The nurse called. A blush made its way towards my cheek at my new surname.  It didn't Matter how long its been or will be ill never get use to it. Tyler helped me sit up taking my bag.

Today i'd see my twins and what we were having. During this week I've been closed off, scared of what Dean moves would be. I watched every corner of everywhere till the point i just stood in. Nothing has happened and instead of being calm it just makes me more scared.

''Hi Ms Cromby follow me'' The nurse smiled leading us to a big room. Tyler took a seat as the nurse guided me to a scale. ''Remove your Sweater and shoes sweetie we gotta check that weight of yours''

Tyler walked to me and slowly took my sneakers for me. He's amazing i know. ''Thanks Ty'' I whispered. ''Anything for you Kitten'' He said taking off my sweater. Their was no words to describe my love. I will take Deans treat Any day just to meet Tyler.

''Your 155 pounds.. Take a seat please so i can check your temperature and vitals'' Nodding i did as she said. She wrote everything and lead me to a medical bed. ''OK Dr Kane will be in any minute now'' She said placing my information on his desk. ''Thank you'' I said before she left.

''Its my job sweetie take care'' Tyler wrapped his arms around me as she left us. ''You ready to meet our kids baby?'' He asked placing soft kisses on my neck. ''Ty'' I groaned as his kisses became more rough.

His tongue swept my neck making me arch my back a little. ''Dam baby you look even more sexier with my children'' He said huskily. My core ache and creamed as his hands roamed to my chest. ''Ty Not here Please'' I moaned.

''Okay baby but you owe me some of that juice of yours'' He said groaning. ''You nasty ass'' I giggled as he licked his lips. ''Ill show you how nasty i can get Kitten.'' He smirk causing a playful glare from me. ''Pervert'' I muttered causing him to laugh.

''I see My favorite patients are in a happy mood'' Dr Kane spoke coming in. He was different today. His smile wasn't...Real. He looked sad tired. ''Well we get to see what were having'' Tyler answered him happily.

''I see. Well Bella ready?.... have a seat and lay down time to see those twins of ours'' He said smiling. I bite my lip in excitement. Tyler laughed as i added a hop to my step as i mae my way to the bed. Slowly Tyler helped me lay down before placing a gentle kiss on my lips.

''Right now ima lower your jeans a little okay. Ill put this sheet over you so the gel wont go on your clothes'' I nodded as he lowered my jeans a little. ''Tyler would you please have a seat here that way you can see the screen'' Dr Kane asked. ''Don't have to tell me twice Doc.''

Chuckling Kane squeezed the gel on by Belly bump Thankfully it was warm. '' Okay lets see'' He said moving the wand again. He pressed a button causing the sound of two heart beats to erupt over the room. Tears began to fall free from my eyes at the sound.

''Here we go'' He said snapping me out my thoughts. ''WOW'' Tyler said amazed as we watched are twins. I looked at the screen With so much love. I could see them moving their little arms and legs. Tyler chuckled as one of them Yawned.

''Ok so baby one is.....A boy'' I snapped my head to Tyler as i heard him choke. More tears feel as i watched my husband crying staring at his son. ''My..my Son. Our son'' Tyler croaked looking at the screen than at me. ''Ours'' I let out a small sob.
