It's Valentine's day and Cassandra is waiting for an incoming trauma when Webber who's also waiting turns to Cassandra after telling April not to throw flowers away after April had been ordered by Owen.

" I mean, What's wrong with a day devoted to the person you love?" Webber says. " I take this day very seriously."

" I know you do. Happy Anniversary, Sir." Cassandra says with a small smile.

" Thank you, Dr Sloan Shepherd." Webber says. " I'm getting home early, trying to spend most of the day with my wife. What about you? You hitting the town?"

" No, Both me and Jackson are working." Cassandra explains looking down at the ground. " So no Valentine's day plans."

As they talk the ambulance comes rolling in and you can hear shouting from the back of the rig. Cassandra looks at Webber as the ambulance stops and the door opens.

" Charlie Bilson, 32, hit by a car when he ran head-on into traffic." The paramedic says as she jumps out of the rig. The paramedic also tries to help a woman out of the rig but she only pushes the hand away. " Complaints of chest and back pain. Has abdominal tenderness and palpation. And it looks like a broken nose."

" I cannot believe you did this!" The woman screams as they unload the patient.

" Okay, If you hadn't made me chase you down..." The man on the stretcher tries to explain himself but he only gets caught off by the screaming woman.

" We need to get him inside, into a trauma room." Cassandra says looking up at Webber.

" I thought you were going to propose!" The woman screams as they walk into the ER and trauma room.

While examining the patient Webber notices a pretty nasty cut on the screaming woman's arm, ordering Cassandra to fix her up. Cassandra takes the woman out of the room and into a bed in the ER so she can take a look at the cut.

" You must think I'm such a bitch." The woman says as Cassandra wraps her arm with gaze.

" No." Cassandra lies as she tries to avoid eye contact with the woman.

" It's been 8 years and every Valentine's Day the build up gets worse. This morning he wakes me up with breakfast in bed, and then he tells me that he booked dinner and a nice hotel at the pier, and then he pulls out another chep-ass necklace." The woman explains. " Eight years. We are not exactly teenagers."

" Maybe he doesn't know how much you want it." Cassandra says as she secures the gaze about to leave when the woman grabs her arm.

" We go to 20 weddings a year, and I sob like a lunatic at every one. I'm not that sentimental." The woman says. " He knows, He knows."
