"Well, last I checked we had a deal. You skipped out on said deal and I want an explanation." He shrugs
"You don't get an explanation, it should be known to you already, and the deal as far as I'm concerned is no longer a thing because you violated my trust." I hiss as he flashes confused eyes
"And don't give me that fucking look, you know exactly what I'm talking about." I add in a harsh tone
"I assume you are talking about Alex. And if you would just let me explain we c-" he begins
"I don't want an explanation, it's just more lies. I don't want it you can keep it."
"Just please, just a few minutes." He begs
"Charles you had days, days. You iced me out, now I'm just returning the favor." I sigh
"I'll see you in Barcelona" I add taking a step back and closing the door ————————-

"It's the 1st, still no budget reform, we are three days past the deadline, this is just great." I laugh to Paul as we are sitting waiting to take off
"I mean, we could always turn it over, maybe to sales." He suggests as I shake my head
"So they can take more of our money? No thank you. We just need Jolie to pull through by the end of the day, and I'll be good." I say
"What did she say?" He asks
"What?" I respond giving a confused look
"What did Elena say to her about this whole thing" he asks again
"She told me the deadline is flexible, that I had until the 10th or the window would completely close." I inform him as he nods
"Maybe this is what we should work on for the duration of the flight, take advantage of company plane Wi-Fi and get this done" he says as I nod
After we landed we went straight to the hotel and finished the rest of the work we could do with the resources available to us.
"What the hell do we do in Barcelona on Wednesday night?" I ask Paul as I emerge from the bathroom in a pair of jean shorts and a light blue flowy spaghetti strap top.
"We could just walk around, look at the street vendors. We have a lot of time, it's 6:00" he says
"Yeah, I want to go to the sagrada familia. I need to see it in person."I say
