"No I need the file by tomorrow." I try to add to my statement
"I'm really sorry magnolia, but it's not obtainable right now. The soonest I can work out is the 7th." Joanne, the Greatwood representative I've been working with
"What about the sample?" I ask
"It's all in processing, you know how that goes. I can only urge them and maybe it'll be done sooner." She says as I sigh
"Okay well what do I do with this then?" I ask
"Tell your board rep to give me a call, we are swamped over here too, I will work with you guys as best as I can, but again I can only do so much." She says as I nod my head
"I know, I appreciate you trying." I say
"I'll call you at the end of the day if I work something out. Take care for now Maggie." She says and hangs up
I look up at the clock.
10:21 am
I groan as Freya looks up to me. " Was that Joanne?" She asks as i nod
"Yeah she can't get the ad campaigns finance reform to us until the 7th if she rushes them," I sigh standing up and walking over to the file cabinet and grab my documents for meta out
"We could pull ours and estimate it." Freya proposes
"Entirely too many risks, like it's threatening contract violations, legal clauses. It's just not liable and I don't want us all in trouble." I say as she nods
"Well, maybe check archives, see if you can find an old reform and build the case off that and change it to the exact information when you get it." She says as I nod my head
"While I run down to the archives can you call Elena, tell her Joanne had to speak with her." I ask as she nods
"Of course, and text me if you need any help." She says as I nod
