Paging Dr Shepherd *Derek shepherd*

Grace and Bella sat at the bar. They looked to see Sydney and Derek

"I think that she may have a thing for him. Look at her flirting with him" Grace said. She was annoyed

" Maybe she's dying. " Bella said

"She wants to be" Grace said Mark sits down with Derek.

"Is she dying? Is that why she is all over you. I think your girlfriend might kill her if not" mark said as they both glanced to grace

"Oh, come on. Grow up. She's nice. She asked me out. Not that I'm interested" Derek said

" Want me to fake a heart attack? I do a great fake heart attack. Here she comes. Carry on. " mark said Sydney returns to her table.

"It's Sydney. In the movies, when the handsome but sensitive football player kisses the awkward, freaky girl in front of the whole school ... That girl is her. " Grace said

" You are very awkward and freaky. Then again your very misunderstood and hot" bella said

"You don't help" Grace said as she sat glancing at Derek and Sydney feeling annoyed

George and Grace are waiting to get an on elevator.

" Do you know what kind of batteries these take? " George asked as he looked to his pager

"Double "A."

" Is it really? Do you have one? " he asked

" I have some in my locker. " Grace said as The doors open up, revealing Izzie and Derek are on the elevator, so they decide to wait for the next one.

" Yeah. We're avoiding them now. It's come to that." Geroge said

" Why are you avoiding Izzie? " Grace asked 

" It's like we're not us anymore. Everything used to be so easy. Talking at least used to be easy. Now, we can't even talk anymore. " he said

" Oh, derek and I had a pregnancy scare and it's awkward and he wants more from me and I don't know what to give him" Grace said

" Can we just take the stairs? " george said

" Okay." Grace said

Bailey enters the residents lounge.

"All right, listen up ... I have nothing but respect for the job done by Dr. Torres, but things are gonna be different from here on in. " bailey said

" Things are totally weird between us. We can't hold a normal conversation. " izzie said whispering to Meredith over George as grace rolled her eyes at

"This will be a professional environment. So your love lives, your hopes and dreams, the little joys and tragedies that make you who you are, have no place in my hospital. " bailey said

"He's acting like a total stranger, like I don't even know him" izzie again whispered to Meredith as grace rolled her eyes.

"The locker room is for changing, not for crying. The on-call room is for napping, not for anything that requires a locked door. " Bailey said as grace smirked at Bella
