(A/N: I know he looks like a Last Man Battalion Sniper from the "Tom Clancy's The Division" Video Game, but I think this kinda fits him since he's mostly good at Parkour and other stuff).
Backstory: Nothing is much known about him, other than he was a Member of The Alliance of Defense during The New War. After the events of The New War, he went into hiding to plan his next move to bring back The Alliance of Defense against Union Academy (Earth 268). Some years later, he joined Brown Cameraman's Shadow Faction/The B.C.S.F. to take down a Corrupted Corporation that was allied with Union Academy (Earth 268) before the events of The New War, which could maybe explain the newer Advanced Technology that Union Academy (Earth 268) has recently been getting in the past.
