"Shit..." those were Vincent's last words before falling to the ground and get surrounded by a pool of blood. But I didn't shoot him! I looked up. Two police officers. With lots of backup.
"We said we would help you find your daughter." one of them stated.
"Thank you so much!" I thanked them. I untied Riley and gently shook her. She slowly opened her eyes.
"M-mom. Mom!" she jumped up and hugged me.
"Its over sweetie"I said gently. She was crying into my shoulder.
"N-no its n-not" Vincent chuckled before dying. I just furrowed my eyebrows and took Riley outside. I took her into the car and patted her head. Its all over. We drove home and when Mike saw us he quickly asked us if we needed to go to the hospital. We both said no. Brandon hugged us both and kissed Riley on the forehead.
"He'll make a better dad than you know who!" She whispered to me. I laughed and she smiled. Its all over.
