Jiya was sitting with her friend Meera at their favorite café, sipping on coffee and talking in hushed tones.

Meera: (whispering) Jiya, you have to tell Abhishek about the job offer in Delhi. It's a fantastic opportunity!

Jiya: (nervously) I know, Meera, but I'm scared. He's been acting distant lately, and I don't want to add to his stress.

Unbeknownst to Jiya, Abhishek was sitting a few tables away, engrossed in his own thoughts, but he overheard their conversation.

Meera: (encouraging) Jiya, trust me, Abhishek will understand. You've been together for so long; he'll be happy for you!

However, all Abhishek heard was the name "Delhi" and a fear gripped his heart.

Later that evening, Abhishek couldn't shake off the unease he felt after overhearing Jiya and Meera's conversation.

Abhishek: (tense) Jiya, can we talk?

Jiya: (nervous) Of course, Abhi. What's wrong?

Abhishek: (accusatory) What's this I hear about you and Delhi? Are you planning to leave me for some job there?

Jiya: (shocked) What? No, Abhi, it's not like that at all. I was just discussing a job opportunity with Meera. I wanted to tell you, but...

Abhishek's anger was clouding his judgment.

Abhishek: (angry) You were hiding it from me, Jiya! You're planning to leave, and you didn't even have the decency to tell me!

Jiya tried desperately to explain, but Abhishek's anger was relentless. He stormed out of their apartment, leaving Jiya in tears.

Jiya: (sobbing) Abhi, please, just listen!

But he was gone, and the relationship they had cherished for years crumbled in an instant.

In the midst of their heated argument, Abhishek couldn't contain his frustration any longer. He felt betrayed and hurt by what he believed to be Jiya's secret agenda.

Abhishek: (angrily) Jiya, I can't take this anymore! You kept this job offer in Delhi a secret from me, and now I can't trust you. I need a break from this relationship.

Jiya's world came crashing down as she heard those words. She had hoped to explain everything to Abhishek, to make him understand, but his anger had escalated the situation beyond repair.

Jiya: (voice trembling, falling to her knees) Abhi, please, it's not what you think. I didn't tell you because I wanted to discuss it with you properly. I never meant to hide it from you.

But Abhishek, his emotions running high, stormed out of the room, leaving Jiya on her knees, tears streaming down her face, her heart shattered into pieces.

Devastated by their breakup and Abhishek's harsh words, Jiya found herself alone in her small apartment, surrounded by the remnants of their love. Her heartache was unbearable, and she couldn't help but replay the painful argument with Abhishek in her mind.

Jiya: (whispering to herself) How did everything fall apart so quickly? We were so in love, and now...

The days that followed were filled with loneliness and sorrow. Jiya felt like a part of her was missing, and the emptiness in her heart was too much to bear. She had decided to leave town and take the job offer in Delhi, hoping that a change of scenery would help her heal.

As Jiya packed her bags, she couldn't help but glance at a photo of her and Abhishek, smiling together on a happier day. Her eyes welled up with tears as she realized that she hadn't gotten a chance to say a proper goodbye.

Meanwhile, Abhishek was also struggling with the aftermath of the breakup. He missed Jiya terribly, but his pride and anger prevented him from reaching out to her. He regretted his harsh words and how quickly he had jumped to conclusions.

Abhishek: (muttering to himself) Maybe I overreacted. Maybe I should have listened to her explanation.

But the damage was done, and the silence between them continued. Abhishek was left with a profound sense of loss. He couldn't help but wonder if he had made a terrible mistake.

Little did they both know that their sudden separation was about to become the greatest regret of their lives, and they would have to navigate a world without each other, haunted by the misunderstanding that tore them apart.
——-
Devastated by the breakup, Jiya made a difficult decision. She accepted the job offer in Delhi without telling Abhishek. She couldn't bear to face him after the painful way they had parted.

One morning, Jiya packed her bags and left a note for her parents, explaining her decision to move to Delhi. She didn't want to burden them with the heartbreak she was enduring.

She left town quietly, not getting a chance to say a proper goodbye to anyone, especially Abhishek. Her departure left her heartbroken and alone.

Jiya: (voice cracking, talking to herself) Why did it have to end this way? Abhi, if only you had listened...

As Jiya settled into her new life in Delhi, Abhishek, too, felt the emptiness of his apartment and the loneliness that came from misunderstanding. His anger had blinded him to the truth, and he regretted his harsh words.

Meanwhile, Jiya tried to find solace in her new job and surroundings but couldn't forget the love she had left behind in her hometown.

Their lives had taken separate paths, and they both carried the burden of an unspoken truth that had torn them apart.

Little did they know that fate had more twists in store for their misunderstood hearts.

One evening, after weeks of silence, Abhishek gathered the courage to call Jiya. He had been carrying the weight of their breakup and the regret of his harsh words for far too long. He knew he needed to see her, to apologize and try to make amends.

Abhishek: (nervous) Jiya, can we please meet? I need to talk to you.

Jiya, on the other end of the line, hesitated for a moment. She had been grappling with her own emotions and the pain of their breakup. Her mental state had deteriorated, and she had been diagnosed with severe depression, exacerbated by the sudden departure and heartbreak.

Jiya: (with a tremor in her voice) Abhishek, I can't. I can't see you right now.

Abhishek: (concerned) Jiya, please. We need to talk. I want to make things right.

Jiya: (teary-eyed) No, Abhishek. It's too late. You don't understand what you've done to me. I can't face you.

Abhishek felt a pang of guilt and concern. He had no idea about Jiya's mental health struggles. He had thought their breakup had hurt both of them, but he didn't realize the extent of the damage it had caused to Jiya.

Abhishek: (gentle) Jiya, please, I had no idea...

Jiya: (interrupting, her voice breaking) That's the problem, Abhishek. You never took the time to understand. You never listened. It's too late now.

With those words, Jiya hung up the phone, leaving Abhishek in a state of shock and remorse. He had pushed her away, and now he realized the devastating consequences of his actions.

As time passed, Abhishek tried to reach out to Jiya again, but each attempt was met with a firm denial. Jiya's mental health continued to deteriorate, and her life took a downward spiral.

The story of Abhishek and Jiya ended on a somber note, a stark reminder of how misunderstandings, pride, and hasty decisions could shatter a love that was once so strong. Abhishek would carry the guilt of his actions for the rest of his life, haunted by the thought of the love he had lost and the pain he had caused.
