Hi guys! ("Uhm the show was called off because there's rain, but uhm- #lifesarollercoaster!")

Sorry, I am aware that splitting up the chapters is annoying, but I just thought I'd do it because:

>  I'm aware that some people find it hard to read lots at a time and some people get headaches. I know that that doesn't apply to all of y'all (yeehaw)

> So if you can only read some of this at a time and you don't have much time, you don't lose your place

> It gives me time to take a short break and re-caffeinate

> I have the day off because I'm sick and my meds are wearing off lol

> I'm going camping this weekend, so there'll be a period where I won't be writing for maybe 3 days, so giving you guys two longish chapters gives you something to spread out over the days

This chapter is long too. I would split this up into 3 chapters instead of 2, but then the chapters would be too short. It is what it is IG. I promise the length is worth it y'all!

Thanks for all the reads and love!!! Keep being awesome guys!!! Now, back to the story <3

"Alright." He pulls me towards the balcony, where Olivia is holding a glass of something that looks strong. She's wearing a purple miniskirt with matching strappy high heels. Her crop top has long sleeves with glittery purple stars down the side. Her eyes are lined with bold, dark eyeshadow and eyeliner and glitter below her eyes.

"Olivia, hey bestie!" Sliding the glass door open, Conan interrupts the silence, and Olivia turns around, her long ponytail swinging behind her.

"Hey!" she smiles back, giving Conan a brief hug, "Is this the girl that you were telling me about Conan?"

"Erm, from the amount of other people who have asked me that, yes? I'm y/n," I introduce myself, putting out a shocked, timid hand out for her to shake. She looks down at it, raising an eyebrow before nudging it aside and pulling me into a hug. She smells like a mixture of cherry liqueur and a concoction of jasmine, saffron, and ambergris. It's strange but comforting, and I have no idea why, but I start shaking and tears start spilling from my eyes.

"Hey, y/n, don't cry!" she frowns at me, wiping my tears softly and calmly, but turning to Conan for help. He moves beside us, wrapping an arm around my waist.

"I-I'm s-sorry!" I stutter snottily, "I-I'm j-just a bit s-starstruck!"

The pair of them laugh sympathetically, and Olivia wipes away more stray tears. Conan grabs out a tissue from the pocket of his jeans, wiping my nose and cheeks before putting the tissue into the bin at the door.

"It's okay y/n, we get it. It's stressful. But hey, everybody here knows you from how much Conan blabs on and on about you!" Olivia giggles, and Conan elbows her gently.

"Like a n-never ending song?" I attempt, trying to make a joke. Luckily, it works and they both laugh.

"So you liking the party so far y/n?" Olivia asks, and I feel Conan's grip tightening, so I melt into his side a little, easing the tension in one way but creating more in another.

"Ugh, I love it! The aesthetic is just mwah!" I blow a chef's kiss.

"RIGHT?!" she exclaims, "Hey do you want some of my drink? Conan gave me way more than I think I can drink!" She tilts the glass, and I take it, swallowing. It's a pineapple mimosa- the one that Conan has been bragging about since I asked him what he makes for each of his friends
