Drake took off his headphones and stepped out of the booth while 40 played the beat back for him. He just sat on his phone replying to some messages as he listened.
Drake: I like that, what do you think?
Noah: it's good.
Drake: could you get that sent to her producer for me please
Noah: on it boss. You not gonna go to the studio with her and Wayne then
Drake: nah, I've got things to do
Noah: how long are you gonna ignore her for. She did what was best for you, and you know that
Drake: she's playing with my feeling again. Giving me false hope. It's like she gets a rise out of it
Noah: don't be like that man
Drake: I'm tired of fighting. She'll come around
He then took a seat and let 40 pull up another beat for him.

Wayne: is he not coming
Nicki: I don't think so
Juice: no he isn't. 40 sent me his verse, cause he couldn't make it
The room went silent before Nicki spoke up.
Nicki: he's avoiding me isn't he
Wayne: I would think so.
She put her chin on the palm of her hand before sighing.
Nicki: pull the beat up for me juice
Juice got the beat for Tuffle Butter going while Nicki and Wayne got writing their verses. When they finished they just sat and hung out as Mack, Meek and a few others had arrived. Nicki and Wayne were sat next to each other and were having a conversation between the two of them.
Nicki: do you think I'm over exaggerating and he was actually just busy
Wayne: as much as I want to assure you that, I know he was avoiding you because he's here in LA and he's not got anything on.
Nicki: but I don't understand why he won't just talk to me
Wayne: I don't understand either barbie, but that's something you'll have to get out of him
She sighed and bit her lip before sending him a text.
Where you at? -Nicki
About to get on a G5 to Toronto -Drake
So you could've been here -Nicki
I could. I didn't want to. -Drake
Why are you being like this, Aubrey. This isn't what I want. -Nicki
Neither did I. But it's complicated Nic. It's very complicated -Drake
Meek: you good baby
Nicki: I'm fine.

Drake straightened out his outfit as his stylists lint rolled his trousers and shirt. He wore a fitted midnight black ovo suit and a white ovo shirt. He wore black red bottom dress shoes. He had left the first couple of buttons undone on his shirt and had a Rolex on his left wrist. His hair had grown out and he had decided to leave it as it was because it added to his grown man look.
Laura: your cars ready for you Mr. Graham
His stylists moved away and he thanked them before putting on his blazer, picking up his phone from the dressing table and heading out.
