Chapter 38 - what a shame

Emily POV ( Bella's step sister.)

I was woken up by my doorbell ringing, who on the hell could be at my house so early in the morning?
I stumbled out off bed walking down stairs to the front door.

"Hi good morning miss Fleur,"
"I'm Harrison Fernandez your sister Bella's lawyer."
"May I come in?"

"Oh my goodness where is Bella?"
"Has something happened to my sister?"
I asked automatically panicking.

"Your sister is fine, she asked my to give this to you."
He said handing me an envelope.
I instantly close the door on his face walking inside ripping open the envelope,
There was a letter and some documents in it,
I opened the letter reading it.

My dear sister Emily,
The time you read this letter I will be in Spain, I have decided to move back home with Lino, I can't live like this no more, there is nothing here for me.
In this envelope is the papers to my hospital,
I have signed everything over to you.
There no one I trust to run the hospital than you, Because you out off every one knows how much the hospital is means to me.
You are a very strong beautiful woman and I have no doubt you will accomplish everything you desire.
I love you my little annoying sister.

Neymar POV,

I opened my eyes gazing around the room,
I looked to my left seeing Francesca sitting on a chair in the corner off the room scrolling trough her phone.

"Your awake"
"You just missed your parents, they went down stairs to the cafe to grab a bite."
"they were here all morning,"
She said walking over to me giving me a hug.

"What time is it?"
I asked looking around.

"It's 11:00am"
She said looking at me smiling.

"I slept all night?"
I said groaning.

"Yeah the doctors had to sedate you, they said you were having hallucinations."
She said instantly bringing back my memory from last night.

"What happened?"
She said looking at me.

"I can't remember anything from last night."
I said not wanting to tell her that I thought I saw the woman I'm in love with which is not her.

"Can you go get my parents."
"But before you leave can you give me my phone?"
I asked her.

"Sure."
She said handing me my phone walking out the door to go get my parents.
I took my phone dialing Bella's number which went straight to voicemail.
I then called Emily's number.

"Hey Neymar long time no here from you what's up."
She said.

"I called for an update on Bella."
I said to her.

"Do you know where she is right now?"
I asked.

"Bella is in Spain, she moved back home with Lino."
She said.

"How long?"
I asked confused.

"Well her flight was supposed to be this morning."
She said.

"And what about last night do you know where she was?"
I asked.

"No, why are you asking me all the these questions Neymar is something wrong?"

"No everything is okay,"
I said hanging up the phone.
Did I really saw Bella last night or was I really hallucinating?
I thought to myself.

Bella POV

I sat in the waiting room, waiting for some news on Ben.
I have my luggage pack in the truck off my car,
I'm leaving for Spain right after I make sure Ben is okay.
I was strolling trough my phone when the news came on.

News reporter:

Breaking news, their has been report that the son off the highly known business man in Doha has been reported missing,
police got an emergency call from his maid saying that she came to work this morning finding his front door open.
And upon proceeding to his room she found his room a mess stuff broken all over and blood on the floor.
Investigators confirmed that the blood is indeed off Alex. We are asking the public if they have information that can assist to his disappearance to contact the police.

"Oh my!"
"what a shame!"
I said to the old lady sitting next to me.

"Miss Bella"
A doctor said walking towards me.

"I have some good news for you,"
"Ben had a successful surgery last night and I'm happy to tell you that he is going to be okay."
"Will you like to see him?"

"Yes of course."
I said getting up following him to Ben's room.
To my surprise he was looking like I was expecting him to, he was a bit pale but he looked good.

"Hey, how you feeling?"
I said walking towards him.

"Doctors said I'm alive because off you."
He said.

"You almost died because off me."
I said.

"No I almost died because off Alex."
Said taking a deep breath.

"Alex won't be an issue anymore."
"For you and me, I took care off him."
I said whispering.

"I don't understand what happened?"
"What did you do?"
Ben asked whispering back.

"I'm going to need you to do something for me Ben."

"What's that?"
He asked.

"I need you to tell the police a little lie for me."
I said leaning closer to him.

"The cops is going to show up at any time to question you about last night,"
"You are going to tell them exactly what I'm about to tell you."
"You are going to tell them that you Alex and I were at his house last night."
"Alex and I was having dinner and you where guarding the front door,"
"make sure mention to them that you are his body guard."
"You are going to tell them that two men approached the premises armed with guns, before you could warn us one off the guy's shot you three times."
"You need to tell them that I managed to escape out the house,"
"I saw you helped you into my car brining you to the hospital."
"I have already went to the police station this morning giving them my statement."
"You need to tell them exactly everything I just told you."
"You understand Ben?"
I asked.

"I understand"
He said smiling faintly.

"Well I have to get going, I have a flight,"
"I'm leaving Qatar, their is nothing here holding me back anymore."
I said hugging him handing him a piece off paper.

"I wish you the best Bella."
Ben said to me as I left his room walking to the cashier to pay his hospital bill.

"Bella!"
A voice said make me turn around.
