(Hailey POV)
My heart was pounding, only my parents and Luke had the keys to our house and both were bad news..
H (whisper)- Hide.
Jake started walking in the other direction to hide but our visitor was faster.
It was Luke.
He stood in shock.
H- uh.. hi?
L- What is he doing here?
H- uh.
J- Hey Luke... long time no talk.
L- why are you here.
I looked at Jake scared
J- I just came to talk to Hailey about the incident.
L- and you didn't think to call one of us Hailey? He could have had bad intentions
H- trust me he doesn't. You guys just like to throw him out for the dumbest things.
L- let's all sit down and talk about this, you're really bad at hiding.
Oh no..
We all sat down and I had a feeling he knew..
L- ok just admit it. There's something going on here.
H- I don't know what you're talking about.
L- Hailey, you're a bad liar.
H- fine, but swear you won't tell anyone?
Jake looked at me and I could read the "really?" On his face.
L- I swear, but if this story goes too far I will have to inform someone, got it?
H- got it.
Here goes nothing..
H- so yes, there is something going on here... we're...uh
J- more than friends.
H- yeah..
L- and..
H- We never get to hang out, so I invited him over to watch a movie.
L- and..
J- that's it.
L- sure it is.
H- I can't keep anything from you can't I?
L- nope
H- and he was gonna stay over while everyone is gone so I wouldn't be alone.
L- That's all right?
H- yes.
L- 100% sure?
H- Luke! We're not old enough for that, that's gross!
So what if I lied? He intruded on my not so perfect perfect night.
L- ok I'll leave you alone, but I'll be checking in on you a lot. I don't want any of that funny stuff happening here.
H- trust me, it won't.
That was the truth, for tonight at least...
L- alright then I'm going to leave you guys alone, Jake can I talk to you for a minute?
J- yeah, sure.

I already knew the drill, Luke was gonna threaten him so he'd swear nothing was gonna happen.
Jake came back a minute later and Luke left with a wave
H- let me guess, "If you decide to touch her, just know that I'm watching."?
J- more like "if something happens to her, just know I will kill you."
H- same thing!
J- whatever.
H- well now someone knows..
J- I'd weather it be Milly or Sean to be honest..
H- you're not wrong, I couldn't agree more.
He looked around with an over- exaggerated hilarious spy face and kissed me on the cheek
J- (gasp) ITS THE END OF THE WORLD!
I laughed so hard and hugged him, so happy he decided to stay.
H- so this is still a thing?
J- definitely.
