Whenever I hear about Canada, there are a lot of things that come to mind.
Universal healthcare. Moose. Bilingual (English and French). Tim Horton's. Maple syrup. Quality education. Plenty of decent jobs. Wattpad. Weird cartoons (ehm, 6teen). Cold. Diversity. Expensive living. Zero guns. Less crime rates.
I could list many factors on what to love and hate about this unique country. This is also why I am happy to announce a possible release date on January 1st, 2025 for "BIOMETRICS II." Keep those fingers crossed and hope things go swimmingly for me.
It really swells my heart in joy whenever I see many people who cared about the series. I look back at the first book and not gonna lie, I feel cringe and proud at the same time.
Sure, the first few chapters weren't always the best and I wish to have enough time to make them a lot better in the future.
However, anyone who tried giving it a chance and reading the whole book may at least see how much I've improved overtime. Now, those people get hyped up once they heard about the sequel. Isn't that cool?

If you haven't known yet, I started working on the storyboards around 2020. The first series was about to end so I thought it's time to show everybody something new. I want to show our young agents - Janus, Mina, Kris and Peter - grow up as they encounter new challenges and faces ahead. I was also going through many life changes myself.
Now you're probably wondering why the sequel is gonna take so long and why don't I hire somebody to help me out.
Well, it's because I also have other projects in line and run my own business through most of the week. I actually take occasional breaks from social media due to my mental health and other life dramas. I am kind of a lone wolf which means I prefer doing my own thing without likely to butt heads with anyone.
I chose the story to be set in Canada because I want it to stand out from other US-centric stories. The country may not be perfect, but I still dreamed of traveling there one day.
I can go on about why it matters so much to me and we all know that I have already rambled long enough in this chapter ... (Д') Groan!
