Avatar: Pandora's child

Part 1

"Every time something happened, first thing I do was running to closest person I knew. No mater what that was. Do I hurt myself, someone was mean to me, I couldn't do something or I was just sad, tired or really happy. They always were there for me.

I never really realized that till I lost them. At that moment I started to regret every lost moment without them. Those 15 years with them felt like seconds. All that stayed was memories and old photos on the wall of my room.

I can't do anything with it right now. I need to forget about past and move forward. But how am I suppose to do that when those memories are coming back every night."

October 15 2148, 1:35 PM

10 years before

-"Corporal! This kid is running without mask!"

-"Huh? Oh, it's ok. It's just our little princess. She'll be all right."

          Little girl runned happily into soldiers arms.

-"How you doing little one?" - he asked while picking her up.

-"I'm ok. I was playing with Avatars today." - she replied with smile.

-"What were you playing, huh?"

-"Hide and seek. And I won."

-"I'm sure you did." - he laughed.

          As they headed towards the building he noticed that girl wanted to say something more.

-"I see you want to say something. Don't be scared, just say it."

-"Have you been on scouting today?"- she asked without looking at him.

-"Not yet. Why you asking?"

          Before she replied, she sighed and looked away.

-"I want to go with you. I'd love to see forest closer."

          He looked at her . He knew it's dangerous and irresponsible to let little kid be in there but he also knew that she need to get to know new things and learn about danger by herself.

-"Well, you know it's dangerous there, right?"

-"Yeah, I know. But I'll listen to orders and keep myself near you." - she made puppy eyes at him.

-"Heh, sure. I'm not saying 'no' but you need to ask colonel if he would let you out."

-"When he got some time I need to ask him this. By the way, where were you today?"- she change the subject as fast as she got pleasing answer.

-"I were on rescue mission. One of our helicopters got attacked by some flying animals. I mean ikrans, not Na'vis. Ikrans."- he added quickly when he saw her face.

-"You taught everyone how to correctly naming them. Lil' commander."
