i don't think i've ever read a klaus fanfic where this isn't the case.
if your oc is klaus' love interest, they do NOT HAVE TO love art just because klaus does.
it's perfectly fine if your oc does, i'm not saying that it can't.
but your oc doesn't have to!
yes common interests are good in a relationship, but that's not the only thing there is. klaus doesn't only like art!
it's perfectly fine if your oc doesn't like it. or maybe they like another type that he doesn't. or maybe they like to see it but can't draw. or maybe they prefer another art form.
remember that what you write as the interests of your oc speaks to their character. think of interests that suit their character. if you want your oc to be into art, that's okay, but i wouldn't recommend putting it in just because you know klaus likes it.
might help make your story a little more unique if they don't like it.
