A/n i shortened Nikki's sons Leon to Leo since Leon is in this chapter

*Bri*

We sit in the room longer while Lily holds Thomas and Leo holds Alison. Nikki was beyond excited to have them back.

"So baby where's Jax?" Mia asks looking at me while Abel plays with her hair "uhm he was arrested for assaulting a doctor and a security guard" I say looking at my feet "really?" Nikki asks "yah" i say as Alison starts to gurgle and she grabs Leo's finger

"She likes you" i say to Leo while taking Abel from Mia, he smiles and kisses her forehead.

We place the twins in their carriers and Dom, Vince and Leon walk in

"Hey Nikki" Leon says hugging his sister "hey Leon" Nikki says hugging him back "your niece and nephew are here, they're behind you" Nikki whisper loud enough for all of us to here, Leon pulls back and smiles and turns around to see the two little ones on the floor playing with Abel

"Hi" Leon says kneeling down, Leo and Lily wave and continue to play with Abels Skyline and Harley toys while Abel plays with his Charger

"He's a Toretto" Dom says laughing nudging me a little "yup i rubbed off on him" i say laughing.

We are about to leave the hospital but before i leave I ask Dr. Karev to give a letter to the club for me

*Opie*

We pull into the hospital and park the bikes and walk through the hospital doors

We're about to go help Bri with the kids

"Hey...Hey wait up" the doc says running up to us "um Bri left this for one of you" he says handing us a letter then running off since his pager went off

I open the letter and walk over to the waiting area which was vacant so we sit in there and i read the letter aloud

"Dear, Sons

Uhm its a bit difficult writing this letter for all y'all, but uhm since Jax was arrested i found it best to leave Charming and L.A.
With everything Abel and I went through with the club I dont Tommy and Ali to go through it also.
Please tell Jax I love him and to call this number--> xxx-xxx-xxxx when everything dies down i just dont want Thomas and Alison to get hurt.
And tell him about this please...
When i flatlined i met his father JT and he told me to change Jax's path and get him away from the club and i dont break promises remember that and i promised my mom to protect my kids so i found it best to leave Charming and L.A to somewhere I felt like home.

I put the letter down and look at Clay and at the rest of the club

"Stupid Bitch" Clay mutters while ripping the letter out of my hands he skims over the letter and crumples it up and throws it across the room

*Bri*

We arrive at home and park the cars in the garage and Dom and 'em race to pack

"Bri call a cab!" Dom yells running upstairs, i see a car pull in and Brian steps out with Roman getting out on the other side

Brian walks in with Roman behind him "hey" Brian says hugging me "wheres Mia?" Brian asks picking Abel up and ruffling his hair "upstairs packing we're leaving for Brazil" i say not saying Dom has a job.

"Why?" Roman asks "i need to get the kids out of here, away from Jaxs club and Tran" i say looking at Brian then to the kids

"Bri do you have passports for the kids?" Brian asks "yah i got them yesterday when we stopped in a city" i say dialling the cab services number.

We arrive at the airport and wait for our plane to be called for boarding

It's been half an hour and im tired, i lean on Lettys shoulder and close my eyes for awhile

"Bri wake up time to go" Letty says waking me up, i nod and look to see Dom and Brian had the twins carrier... wait Brian what the fuck.

We board the plane and now we are on our way to Brazil

*skip plane ride*

We finally land in Brazil and I get a call

"Hello?" I say walking over to the baggage claim

"Brianna" i hear Jaxs voice it was gentle kind of like he was crying not long ago "Jax" i say smiling a bit

"Where are you Bri?" He asks i can tell he was holding back his tears "home I'm home Jax" I say seeing my bags, I grab them and go wait for the others

"But Charming is your home and its my kids' home Bri what about being a family they're not going to have a father there with them and Abel huh what are you going to tell him if he asks where i am?" Jax asks starting to sound mad "i dont know" i truthfully say

"Listen i got to go" I say when I see Mia with Brian and Abel, they're going to make great parents one day.

"Bri" he says before i hang up "yah" I say "I love you Brianna" "I love you too Jackson" I say hanging up as Mia walks up to me

"Ready babygirl?" Mia asks I nod and get up.

We arrive at the place we will be staying for awhile till Dom and them pull off the job.

"Everyone here?" Dom asks looking around, I look around and everyones here well except Nikki and Leon they moved back to Jersey with her kids.

"So whats the plan?" Tej asks, I decide to take the kids and go lay down

*Morning*

I wake up to Abel saying "my mom" over and over while playing with the string on my sweater

"Morning my monkey boy" I say kissing the top of his head and sitting up i look over to the twins cot to see them gone.

I walk over to Mias work station to see she was holding Thomas "where's Ali?" I ask caressing Thomas' cheek "Dom has her" she says

I look over to these 2 big guys(Dom and Vince) playing peek-a-boo with Alison, I grab the camera on the table and take a picture of them.

I walk over to them and kiss V's cheek "morning Bri" Vince says hugging me and  kissing the top of my head "morning V" i say wrapping my arm around his waist

"Morning Dom" I say walking over to him and hugging me being sure not to hurt Alison "morning" he says kissing my temple.

"How'd you sleep?" Letty asks walking up behind me scaring me "sorry dude" she says laughing "good what about you?" I ask still holding my heart "good" she says looking at Dom and Vince continue to play peek-a-boo with Alison

We all sit at the table and get ready to eat, Vince was the to first reach for the food

"Since you were first to resch for the food you say grace" Dom says looking at Vince, he nods

"Dear holy spirit thank you for blessing us with another day and thank you for these wonderful babies at our table and thank you for the food that nourishs our body amen" he says.

We eat then go on with our day.
