Ch. 17

*Bri*

Today the twins are getting discharged and all week Jax and I have been arguing on where we're going to raise the kids

I say L.A and Jax says Charming

After what happening with Gemma, I don't want anything to do with My kids near Gemma at all

"We are raising them in Charming and thats final" Jax says pointing at me his face red

"NO WE ARE RAISING THEM IN L.A" I yell in his face,  he pushes me back i fall back and hit my head on the coffee table

"Bri im so so-" he starts but i stand up and slap him

"You fucking bastard" i spit at him and walk away

He runs up behind me and slams me against the wall, pinning my arms to the wall

"Im sorry Brianna ok but my clubs there" he says before smashing his lips to mine, I moan and he smirks into the kiss then he starts kissing my neck

Jax pulls away and sits down

"Tease" i say rolling my eyes, he laughs and pulls me on his lap "we are raising 'em in Charming" he says kissing my neck, i stand up

"No all you think about is the stupid club what about your family huh look what happened to me, to Abel, to the twins huh i was kidnapped, raped, and almost killed, Abel was kidnapped and whats going to happen with the twins huh they already almost got killed cause of some club shit" i say tearing up thinking of what could happened to my lil Ali and Tommy

"Ill protect you 4" he says standing up " oh really cause you've done a great job so far" i say my word dripping with sarcasim "i try my best to ok Brianna i try" he says yelling in my face

"Whatever im gonna make a deal your family or the club" I say placing my hands on my hips "the club is my family Bri" he says, I walk outside to my car and take off to the hospital to pick the twins up and drive back home to 1327.

I pull into the hospital and get and grab the carriers from back seat and walking into the hospital and up the the nursery area

I walk into their room to see them gurgling and kicking their little feet

"Hi babies" i say look over to the chair to see Gemma

"WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU DOING HERE?" I yell standing in front of the twins' cribs

"I came to see my grandkids" she says rocking in the chair

"Get the fuck out i dont want you anywhere near my kids" i say through clenched teeth

"They are my sons kids so i have a right to see them honey" she says "no you dont" i say pushing her back "yes i do" she says pushing me into Thomas' crib and making me twist my ankle

Just as she does that Dr. Karev walks in "excuse me miss im going to have to ask you to leave before i call security" Alex says stepping aside, Gemma storms out but before she "accidently" kicks me leg

"Bri are you ok?" Alex asks kneeling beside me and helping me stand up, he places his hand on my hip

"Get your hands off my fianceè" Jax says walking in and punching Alex

"KNOCK IT OFF JAX!" I yell pushing him away and limping over to Alex to make sure he was alright

"You ok?" I ask helping him up and limping back over to Jax

"You asshole your mother pushes me into Tommys crib and Dr. Karev helps me up and you come in and punch him across the face for helping me up cause i twisted my ankle" i say in disquste

"Excuse me sir im going to have to ask you to come with me" a security guard says coming into the room

"Why?" Jax asks looking at the kinda scrunny guy in front of us "you assualted a doctor sir and volience isnt accepted here" he says stepping up to Jax, Jax punches the guy and starts punching him over and over, Alex pulls him off to only get punched again

2 police officer walks in and arrest Jax... great what am i going to do now

*Jax*

Fuck

We get to the police station and they book me

"You have 1 call use it wisely son" an older looking officer says, I walk up to the phone and call my mom

"Hello?" My mom says into the phone

"Ma can you come bail me out?" I ask looking around

"Oh for fuck sakes Jackson what station?" She asks sounding angry "miami p.d" i say "ill be right there" she says before hanging up

*police officer*

I look up Jackson Teller to see all the crimes he pulled

"Hey Chief" i say calling the chief

"What do you want MacDonald?" The chief says walking over to my desk

"Jackson Teller look at the record should we send them back to Charming?" I ask looking up at the chief

"Ya he's their problem not ours" he says before walking away

I call Charming Police department

"Hello?" Someone says answering the phone

"Uhm hello is this the Charming Police Department?" I ask "yes this is" the voice says

"Hello im calling on behalf of the Miami police department we have a Jackson Teller here and we are going to be sending him back tonight cause earlier dismorning Mr. Teller assaulted a security guard and a doctor at Miami's Hospital" i say "okay we will be expecting him" the person says then hangs up

*Gemma*

I walk into the police department and walk over to the till

"Hi im here to bail out my son Jackson Teller"" i say placing my sunglasses on the top of my head

"Uhm im sorry Mrs. Teller but he is no longer on bail and he will be sent back to.Charming tonight but i can get you in to see him" the lady behind the glass says "ok" i say annoyed

"For now mame can you please sign these and take a seat" she says handing me a clipboard with some papers to sign

*Bri*

I sign the discharge papers

"Hey Anna banana" Nikki says smiling walking into the room with 2 kids

"Oh my god are these them?" I ask smiling "yup" she says smiling

"Lily, Leon say hi to your aunty Brianna" she says kneeling beside them "what are your nicknames?" Nikki asks kneeling beside them "lil" Lily says shyly "Leo" Leon says happily

"Hi" they say quietly

"Hi" i say placing Alison in her carrier then picking up Thomas and placing him in his carrier

"Lily, Leon say hi to your cousins Ali and Tommy" Nikki says pushing a bit towards me and the twins.

"Hi" Lily says sitting in front of Thomas' carrier he gurgles at her and starts kicking his feet "aunty can i hold him please?" Lily asks looking up at me "yah sit on the chair with mom though" i say unbuckling Thomas and cradling him in my arms

Lily sits on Nikki's lap and holds her little arms out waiting to hold Thomas

"Hey Nikki" Mia says walking in with Abel on her hip she going to be a good mom someday I think looking at her and Abel together.
