Nakarating kami sa isang isang private residence, I don't know kung nasa Pilipinas paba kami kasi sa nakikita ko ngayon feeling ko nasa ibang bansa na kami.
"Are we still in the Philippines?" Paniguradong tanong ko kay Marcello
"Yes. Tesoro mio.. We're still in the Philippines." He amusingly laugh at my face.
Hinawakan nya ang kamay ko habang naglalakad kami papasok sa lugar. He hold my hand and I holds his.. We looked at each other and without uttering a word we still understand what we want to say.
Hawak kamay kamang pumasok sa lugar habang nagtatakbo naman si Luciano, para syang batang Hindi nakalabas ng bahay ng ilang taon.
"This place looks clean. May nakatira ba dito?" Curious kung tanong kay Marcello
"May caretaker tung bahay." Sagot nya sa akin
"Buti may pumayag eh parang ang layo na nito sa mga kabahayan." Wala kang makikitang kapit bahay na nakapaligid nito
"They live... There" turo nya sa akin sa medyo malayo lang ng kunti sa bahay na kinatatayuan namin.
"Is this place yours?" Sabay tingin ko sa mga tanawin
"Yeah, I bought this for my peace of mind. If I want to be alone or unwind.. I'll go here to think." Pageexplain nya sakin...
Well, his not wrong after all... Nakakarelax naman talaga ang tanawin.
"Momma! Daddy come here... You might get lost!" Tawag ni Luciano sa amin, natawa nalang kami ni Marcello... Like boy ikaw pa ata maliligaw kasya sa amin eh.
"This place is mine buddy. It's impossible for me to get lost." Natatawang sagot ni Marcello.
"Dad we will never know.... So let's go daddy.. Let's go momma... Let's go everyone" Luciano cutely said to us.
Oh my gosh!! He's so cute, wanna bite him... I wanna pinch his cute little cheeks...
"Tss..." Napailing nalang si Marcello, habang naglakad kasunod ni Luciano, still locking our hands together.
Habang naglalakad kami may dalawang matandang mag asawa ang lumapit sa amin.
"Ma'am, sir makandang hapon po.. Nalinis napo namin ang kwarto nyo sir gaya ng inutos nyo sa amin." Nakangiting bati sa amin ng dalawa.
"Thank you manang Linda, tatay Sammy....
By the way this is my fiance Katarina." Wait-what fiance? Lumaki ang mata kung tumingin sa kanya
"Welcome po ma'am" nakangiti nilang bati sa aking hanggang ngayon ay nasa mukha ko parin ang gulat
"And this is my son, Luciano" pagpapakilala ni Marcello Kay Luciano
" hi, po!!! " aliw na bati ni Luciano..
Tinulungan kami ng mag-asawa na dalhin ang gamit sa sinabi nilang kwarto.
"What fiance are you talking about!" Tanong ko ng umalis na ang mag asawa.
"Cause we are? Remember. " he's smirking at me....luhh fake lang naman Yun.
"That's just a fake fiance thing..." Sabi ko sa Maliit na boses.
"I even give you a ring. And you forget? "" casual na sabi nya sa akin
W-wait what ring?
Pilit kung inaalala kung anong singsing ang sinasabi nya... And it's hit me.
the man beside me slips his hand around my waist and grip it kaya napahawak ako sa kamay nya ng diko napansin but seconds later I feel something cold sliding on my ring finger, when I look at it my eyes grow bigger buti nalang nakabawi agad ako sa pagkabigla, oh my god!! He slip a ring on me!
His talking about the ring he give me on my half sister's engagement party...
Goshh why did I forgot that.
"As I can see.... You're not wearing it." He looked at my hand. At naalala kung nailagay ko yun sa coin purse kung laging dala dala.
"I supposed to give it back to you.... Pero nakalimutam ko... Like it's so beautiful I can't just wear it everywhere. I might lost it " the ring is beautiful it's shameful for me to wear what's not mine.
Marcello walk and stand in front of me. He put his hands to my face..
"Wear it... I know it's fit for you the first time I saw you." He looks at me lovingly... His now cupping my face and slowly moved our face to each other until our lips locked..
He move his lips in mine and I give in, I opened my mouth giving his tongue a permission to enter.
"It's my mother engagement ring... Wear it don't lose it, I mean it's okay if you lose it. I still can buy you one." He said while our lips is still touching each other.
"Y-your m-mother's engagement ring? THEN WHY ARE YOU GIVING IT TO ME!" bigla ko syang natulak dahil sa pagkabigla...
"Are you dumb!... Pano kung nawala ko yun.. Oh my god!! That's your family heirloom!! Jesus Marcello, you should give it to the person who you love and offer it to your marriage." I know what I'm saying and I felt a sting in my heart thinking Marcello will love and marry someone.
I look at him and to my surprise he's just smiling at me. " Tesoro mio. The first time you dragged me on that event, I feel something to you already... You may find it cringe or cliche but.... I fall for you at first sight."
I stopped. My body stopped functioning.. He what??
"W-hy, n-no.. I-i mean what!" My words get rumble already.
He slowly move his body into my body, and hug me.
"When you realize you want to spend the rest of your life with somebody, you want the rest of your life to start as soon as possible.....And I realize it with you." He stopped found a minute, pinapakiramdaman kung anong magiging reaksyon Ko....pero nanatili akong tahimik.
"I honestly no clue what's going to happen next or how things are going to work out, all I know for sure is that you make us happy, me and my son. and that's all I need." He is now leaning his head on my shoulder still hugging me.
I know his words is not the sweetest proposal speech or something but a fact that sya ang nagsabi nyan it feels different... I can't help myself to tear up..
We only know each other for a month or two and yun yung isa sa pinakamasayang pangyayari sa buhay ko.
I can't imagine Luciano and him love another women, other than me.
I already like Marcello... Should I give it a try.
Should I open my heart again?
I hug him back tightly... I'm not saying anything pero I know that he know what I want to say.
I can finally call him my Marcello now.
