Love Me or Hate Me

EPISODE 08

These past few weeks, I’ve written several episodes for this story. I remembered na anniversary ko pala ngayon dito, so naisipan kong mag-publish man lang kahit na papaano.

Happy 8th anniversary, mga timawa.

I won’t bore you with a long speech. Gusto ko lang magpasalamat sa mga taong nananatili, nagtitiwala, at naghihintay pa rin sa ‘kin kahit halos hindi na ako nag-uupdate. Lel.

We’re not yet back to regular updates. I just published these episodes for the anniversary. Babalik ang updates sa oras na makumpleto ko na ang drafts. I’ve written until the 13th episode, and base sa estimate ko, lagpas 20 episodes siguro ang aabutin ng story na ‘to.

In short, please be patient. Kaunting hintay na lang at babalik na ang regular updates nitong story, which will be twice a week.

Javi yawned deeply as the sausages sizzled on the frying pan. It’s half-past six in the morning, and he’s already busy preparing breakfast in the kitchen. Even though he only had one round of sex with Asa last night, he still stayed late because he needed to change the sheets and watch over baby AJ.

“Ako na po ang bahala sa sinangag. I’ll also make a drink for Sir Asa,” sabi sa kanya ni Harold na naghahalungkat na sa ref.

Natanggap naman daw ni Harold ang text ni Javi, kaso madaling-araw na niya ito nabasa. Alas-kwatro nga dumating sa condo ang assistant ni Asa na dala na ang gamot.

“Thanks a lot. Iidlip lang din muna ako after nito. Kumain ka na rin muna lalo’t baka tanghaliin na ng gising si Asa,” sabi ni Javi matapos niyang mag-hikab na naman.

“Sure po. Rest well. Ako na po ang bahala kay baby AJ,” sagot ni Harold.

After preparing most of the food, nahiga na muna si Javi sa sofa sa living area. Even though he only had one round with Asa, he felt unnaturally exhausted and drained. Hindi naman ganito ang naramdaman niya noong unang beses silang nag-sex.

It probably has something to do with Asa’s potent pheromones last night, Javi thought. After all, that was the first time I had sex with him while his heat cycle was on full blast.

Javi wondered how Asa will react the moment he wakes up. He’ll probably remember all those things that they did last night. Umaasa na lang si Javi na hindi masyadong mag-aalburoto si Asa sa oras na maalala nito ang naging asal niya sa nagdaang gabi.

Nakatulog pa rin nang bahagya si Javi sa sofa. By the time na nagising ulit siya ay halos alas otso na ng umaga. Rubbing his groggy eyes, he headed straight to the dining area where he could hear someone eating.

To his surprise, si Asa ang naabutan niyang kumakain. Kunot-noo itong nakatitig sa plato niya habang halos literal na sinasandok ang pagkain sa bibig niya. Javi filled his glass with milk before taking a seat. Pasimple niyang tinitigan si Asa na tila masama ang loob sa kinakain nito.

“Uh. . . Is Harold with baby AJ?” Javi finally asked after several moments of awkward silence.

Asa nodded, his mouth bulging with food.

Hindi na lang umimik pa si Javi at tinapos na lang niya ang kinakain niya. Asa also didn’t say anything hanggang sa natapos silang kumain. He remained on his seat in total silence even after finishing his breakfast. Si Javi naman ay naglinis na lang ng mesa at naghugas ng mga pinagkainan nila.

“Hey, you. . .” sabi bigla ni Asa habang abala si Javi na maghugas.

“What?” Javi replied without looking at him.
