"Hey girl!"

She is practically bouncing in her seat. Her dirty blonde hair is pulled back in a pony today, and it bounces around as she does. She's dressed in black leggings capris and a light pink plain t-shirt. I'm surprised she hasn't spilt the food with how all over the place she is.  I take my food from her before she accidentally ends up spilling it.

"Hey. Someone's excited."

"I am! I wanna tell you about my date last night and I want to hear all about yours. We have a lot to cover in like forty minutes."

"So, do you want to go first then? Since you already have some details on my night."

She laughs, and nods. She takes a couple bites of her fries first, before she starts bouncing in her seat again and turns towards me.

"So it may not have been the boat cruise that you guys did, but he still put so much thought into it and it was so special. He picked me up after work and we went and played mini golf. I even won for once. Once we were done, he took me to the light house by the cove. Dude goes and opens the door like he owns the place. We go up, and he's got this table set up with candles and rose petals. Apparently he knows a guy, and he got us in. He had a caterer friend who made an amazing roast beef, these mouth watering mashed potatoes, and some great local corn on the cob. He even had a margarita for me! Then he goes and pulls out a creamy cheese cake!"

"Wow! He knows you pretty well if he had all of those things you like."

"Right?! I didn't think he knew me that well, but apparently he pays attention."

She's absolutely beaming. I'm glad to see her so happy. She takes a couple bites of her food while she bounces in her seat.

"And he didn't even ask me about any of it."

"I was super impressed. Was so full after dinner. It was so good though. We got to watch the sunset from the light house. It was so pretty. Oh, and we just happened to see the Duc go by while we were there."

"That's too funny. Sounds like a great night though. Who knew Craig had that in him?"

"Right? He's got such a sweet side to him that I've loved getting to see and getting to know. I don't remember seeing him like this when he was dating Ashley last year."

"I don't remember seeing him like that either. They seemed more like buds than how he is with you."

"He even had some music playing after we ate, and while we watched the sunset we did a couple slow dances before we had to go. It was so sweet. I guess he paid Allen from the soccer team and his girlfriend to come and clean up, so he could spend extra time with me."

"Well that's cute."

"It was. I still feel like I'm on cloud 9 from it. After that he took me to get a tea from Tim Horton's, because he knows how much I love the lemon honey tea from there. We drove home after that, and sat in his car talking until I was done my tea. He walked me to the door and everything."

"Sounds like we both got pretty surprised and spoiled last night with some pretty amazing dates."

"That's for sure!"

She sits back in her seat and is smiling from ear to ear while thinking about her date last night.

"You look like you're falling hard for Craig."

That catches her attention and she blushes. Doesn't try to deny it, just sits there eating her food and smiling.

"You must really be if you aren't going to push it off or deny it."
