Ishqi and Ahaan were now friends, just friends.....it wasn't true but it was an appropriate label- they publicly couldn't call each more than that, after all- Ahaan had a girlfriend and Ishqi- well she was single but her marriage had just broken. "It wouldn't be right" they thought at once.  

Ishqi: Well AVM...now we're friends, meaning you can share anything with me without hesitation- I'm ALWAYS here for you, she said knowing he needed to hear those words 

Ahaan: Thank you Ishqi...and same here- 

"Friends" he muttered "Friends? Really? Friendship has limitations-but what I feel for Ishqi is beyond that...I don't know what it is but whatever...it's there..it exists....I'm NEVER going to reveal it but Ishqi has a place in my heart no one else can take....it's a special place...just for her" 

Ishqi: AVM, aab andar chale? Sonu-Raj-Kartik se chal kar baat karte hai-

Ahaan: Hmm, let's go-but Ishqi I don't have the patience to face Mayank right now, I'll break his face if he comes in front of me...That selfish jerk! he sneered 

Ishqi: Ahaan- don't worry we'll go straight to Sonu's room, the trio must be gathered there, Mayank ko toh baad mein dekh leinge

Ahaan: Okay, let's go

"Ughhh, no matter what I express in front of Ishqi she always has a way to calm me down.....she's so concerned about me..awww......no...no...Ahaan stop it......What are these feelings???!!!"

He grabbed her hand firmly and they both headed inside- 

"Huh?! Yeh naam teen banda mean ne haath kyun pakda?!! Koi dekh na le buss....Agar dekh bhi liya toh kya...nahi Ishqi...lekin haath inno ne pakda hai toh mein kyun chorwauyn....mujhe kya...inki girlfriend ne dekh liya toh usse burah laage ga but phir bhi...rehne deti houn, kon sa puri life ke liye haath pakda hai...2 min mein chod deinge...aab hum dost hai toh yeh saab toh chalta hai...right?...right Ishqi??...dost...ya uss se kuch zyada...no, no..tu kya fazool baatein sooch rahi hai Ishqi...but.. ughhhhhh"

The duo walked towards Sonu's room and barged in, they saw the trio sitting there silently- "Kya hua" Ishqi asked "Tum log aise chup kyun baithe ho"

Kartik: Kuch nahi buss soch rahe the ke saab ko face kaise kareinge...Ishqi...Iss waqt saab Mayank ko sympathy dekha rahe hai...woh iss waqt bichara baana wa hai-

He paused and smirked with looking at their entwined hands, "Itni serious situation chal rahi hai aur tu haans raha hai, cheapde" Sonu smacked his arm

Kartik gestured towards Ishqi and Ahaan's interlaced hands and Sonu's jaw dropped, "Yeh kya horiya hai" they said at once while pointing at Ishqaan's hands. 

Ahaan and Ishqi realized their hands were still firmly interlaced, they jerked their hands away and stood there embarrassed-

SoRaj and Kartik burst into a fit of laughter, "Ishq(iii) Wala Love" he sang 

Ahaan: Shut up Kartik-

Ahaannn-how can you be soo stupid....Ishqi ka haath pakad liye aur woh bhi inn saab ke samne...but it felt so natural, I didn't even realize when I held her hand....she didn't complain nor argue...why??...is it because now according to her we're "friends"???... Aab toh Sonu aur Kartik puri life mujhe iss baare mein yaad dila ke irritate kareinge...ughhhh"
