~ Athena's eyes
"Wake her up" A voice hissed
"Why do I have to do it?" Another voice said
"You're her sister"
"Just because we came out of the same woman doesn't mean I have to expose myself to her morning grumpiness"
"Are you being serious right now?"
"Yes, very"
"I'm already awake you dumbasses" I murmured against the pillow
I felt a dip in the mattress and sighed. Some sunlight was coming into the room, lighting up my surroundings and giving me a bit of heat.
After arriving in Sacramento, management told us that they had rented some other hotel rooms in the city. I was still sharing a room with Bailey and Anna, and Niall's room was still across mine.
"Good morning sunshine" Bailey cooed
"Shut the fuck up" I shot back
"See? I told you she's not a morning person" Anna scoffed
"I'm not" I confirmed and Anna left the room
"Well, I figured you would wanna wake up early" Bailey shrugged
"What for?" I yawned and rubbed my eyes
"Ath, you're giving your first concert today, darling"
"Holy mother" I quickly got up from the bed and regretted it when I started feeling dizzy
"Okay, let's calm down" Bailey grabbed my arms and sat me on the bed again
"Holy fuck, I'm giving my first concert today" I breathed out
"Yes you are, and you're gonna fucking rock it" Bailey smiled
Life is quite unpredictable, it changes all the time, even when you don't realize it is. The butterfly effect is probably my favorite effect in the world. In case you didn't know what the butterfly effect is, it's when a small action ends up being a completely drastic change. I mean, who would've thought that uploading a cover to Twitter would end up in having a prohibited romantic relationship with your favorite singer? Everything we do has a consequence, whether it's shown in the moment, or whether it comes in the future. The point is that someday, somehow, our actions will have a consequence, which can be good or bad.
"Someone texted you, your phone hasn't stop going off for about 10 minutes..." Bailey explained
"Oh for god's sake" I whined and picked my phone up
