~ Athena's eyes

"You don't seem to mean what you say, sweetheart" He said

"You don't seem to mean what you say either, Mr. I-think-we're-better-off-as-friends" I cocked my head to the side innocently, but the grin plastered on my face was anything but innocent

He chuckled "I guess we both never say what we really mean"

Now it was my turn to chuckle, "No, darling, I do mean what I say"

I pressed my hands to his chest and spun him around, this time he was the one pressed against the wall. His eyes widened and were filled with lust. I started leaning in, carefully but surely, and when our lips were barely centimeters away from each other I cocked my head to the side. And slowly whispered in his ear:

"I do hate you, I hate you so much that sometimes you're the only thing I can think about"

I didn't even dare to look back, I patted his shoulder and moved away from him, heading back to my room. When I finally entered the place in which I would find my best friend and sister, I leaned against the now closed door and let out a sigh.

"What did he do now?" Bailey and Anne asked in unison

"I feel like Taylor Swift after releasing Reputation" I softly told them

"So, you were both in a motel bar, and you left him there, and then you put the money in the bag and you stole the keys and that was the last time he ever saw you?" Bailey asked, a bit confused. Bailey was a hardcore Taylor Swift fan, I mean, we all are, but Bailey is another level.

"No, stop quoting Getaway Car"

"Alright there you swifties. Ath, explain" Ann cut off our swiftie fight

"I mean... Do I have to? I don't wanna bother you or anything, you know? I-"

"Speak right now or I'll go knock his door" Bailey interrupted

"Fine, fine! So, uhm, we were coming back from Ashe's and-"

"Ashe 's?! You met Ashe?!" Anna freaked out

"Oh, yea, I forgot to tell you, she was really nice, and we kept talking about vinyl-" I rambled

"Ath!" Bailey exclaimed

"What?"

"Continue with the Niall thing"

"Oh, right" I inhaled "So we were coming back from Ashe's and he just started ignoring me so I got mad and told him I hated him, and this sounds really wattpady, but he pinned me against the wall and asked me to say that again and then he kissed me and told me I didn't seem to mean what I said and I told him I did mean what I said, and then I leaned in to kiss him again but I ended up dodging him and then I think I might have told him that I think about him a lot" I babbled and made lots of hand movements

"Girl, you sure you didn't eat an enemies to lovers rom-com for breakfast?" Bailey scoffed

"I agree" Anna nodded and high-fived Bailey

"Anyways, I feel like we're talking about myself too much these days, anything interesting going on around the crew?" I asked and layed down in the sofa

"Actually..." Ann started "The guy who manages the lights is cute" She blushed

"Alright alright, what's his name?" I was always excited when it came to talking about my sister's crushes
