Skye ran as fast as she could to get away from Chase and didn't stop until she found a place to cry. Skye never thought that Chase would repeat the sentence that started it all. A sentence that hasn't been said in years until today. She kept running until she found a spot to let all her emotions out. As she sat down and started to cry, thoughts started to run through her head.

'God, why am I even here?! I'm nothing but a waste of space! I deserve nothing in this world! I don't deserve to live! Nobody deserves to have me! Not Ryder, not my parents, and definitely not Chase! God, I wish I wasn't even born!' She thought as she cried into her paws.

After a few minutes of crying she eventually calmed down and look around her. To her right was a cliff. She approached the cliff and looked down below. It was a long drop to the bottom and in the distance, you can see some houses afar in Adventure Bay. As she looked far in the distance, she went into deep thought.

'This is my fault. If I didn't blame Chase for losing the ball instead of Marshall, we wouldn't be here. Maybe Chase was right. I do need to stop taking jokes so seriously.' She thought as she shed another tear. At the same time, a song played in her head

After some thinking, Chase thought it was time to look for the cockapoo and bring her back.

"Please tell me you're in a safe place waiting for me." He said before going out to search for the cockapoo for the second time today. As he searched for her, he kept calling out to her as if it did anything. After ten minutes of searching, he finally found her near a cliff gazing off in the distance. He then approached her, which wasn't a surprise to Skye.
