He pulled away. I smiled as he placed me back on my feet. But it instantly faltered as I seen a fuming ex boyfriend behind him. I slowly stood in front of him. I seen him resisting to punch him. "Chris? Lets go." I whisper. "Your not going anywhere." He said through his gritted teeth. He's not terrifying. He's not terrifying. It was not working. He looked even more upset then before. I shook Chris' hand. The three words from before. "I got you." He growled and walked away. I hugged Chris tightly. "What just happened?" He asked. "Nothing. Lets go." I say taking his hand and walking to lunch.

I was paranoid all day. I haven't seen him since he left me fuming. "Are you okay?" Someone asked. I looked up. I smiled. "Yeah. I'm fine." I say looking a Dylan. He's the kind of friend who tells you like it is. He'll notice some things before its even relevant. He just got to know me and he knows a lot. It was like he was giving me a lesson on myself. Weird. And he's hilarious. But so white in a way. "Meow." He said pretending to claw like a cat. I chuckle. "What are you so worried about?" He asked. "Oh nothing. I'm not worried." I laugh nervously. "Really? Because your shaking your leg and you can't sit still." He said. I shrug my shoulders and shake my leg even harder. "Psh..What? Am not!" I lie. He raises an eyebrow at me. "Fine! Help me!" I say. He smiled and came behind me. He then covered my eyes. "Whatever the source of your trouble is, forget it." He whispered. I closed my eyes and took a deep breath. "Your name." He said. "Laura. Laura Marano." I say. "Breathe in and out." He said. I did so. I slowly started to relax. "Alright kids-" We cut her off. "Young adults! Teens is even shorter!!" We yelled at our teacher. "Brats." She said. "Address us correctly!" Someone shouted. We laughed. "Well class is over. Clean up and get ready to go home." She said. What? Time for h-home? I gulped.

"Call me?" Chris asked as he pecked my lips. "Sure.Be carful will soccer today." I say. He chuckles. "Its just practice. Drive home safely." He pecked my cheek. I blush. "Okay. You get home safely too." I say. He nodded as I got in my car.I started the engine as he got in his. I blew a kiss and reversed my car out of the parking lot. I need a few things. I should stop by the store. That's exactly what I do. I walked inside the store and quickly I seen Derek. "Hey shorty!" He smiled giving me a big hug. "Hey!" I smiled hugging back. "How you been?" He asked. "Recovering but I'm fine. And how about you?" I asked. "I'd love to talk over dinner?" He asked. I smiled. "Sure. We have to catch up." I say. "Obvisously. Still have my number?" He asked. I nodded. "Well call me. I need to roll." He said. I gave him another hug before he left. I took a refreshing breath and let him go. He smiled and walked out. I walked to the islse to get my stuff.

It was around 5 when I got home. Before I got out, I got a weird feeling. Don't. Please don't. I unloaded my stuff and put them on the porch. Once I unloaded my car fully, I locked it then unlocked my house. I walked in and brought everything. I closed and locked the door. I unpacked and got settled. Once I did, I made some food and began watching Empire. Such a good show. Its so dramatic. Lucious has 3 sons with Cookie who he dumped after her arrest. 2 of them are Empire's rising stars and one of them is the CFO. Lucious is dying of ALS while engaged to Anika who he recently screwed over by screwing Cookie. Andre, the CFO plans on over throwing his father and wants to be king of Empire. Who doesn't? Did I tell you that Lucious killed Cookie's cousin. Andre knows but hasn't said anything. Oooooh. This show is just the best. "Enjoying yourself?" I heard next to me. I jumped as soon as I seen Him. "Ah-Mmm." I struggled.
