Making a certain clicking noise with his tongue he can drive his victim/enemy insane. Depending on the speed, he can also calm a person or himself (very dangerous if not trained especially not with his Tourette)

Drawbacks: If used the insane part to long he gets a migraine and can lose consciousness if used WAY too long

He can control oxygen. Varying the oxygen in the air he can for example the air for others to breath. Concentration is needed.

Drawbacks: used too long he can get paralyzed in certain body parts

-Telekinesis
He can move things with his mind. Limit at the moment is the size up to a bicycle. Concentration needed.

Drawbacks: get's nose bleed if used too long

Mental disorders: Tourette syndrome, insomnia, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, claustrophobia, low emotions (not emotionless but pretty close)
