CYNNAMON CARTWRIGHT doesn't bother anybody. All Cynnamon wants is to enroll into grad school at the art school of her dreams. Knowing her father's mechanic salary won't cut it, Cynnamon picks up a job as a housekeeper at Jessop Hotel, a place where only the rich and wealthy stay for a night. Cynnamon quickly finds out that the visitors of Jessop Hotel come with a boat load of issues that are way out of her job description. When her father's salary can't cover their bills, Cynnamon is forced to stay working at Jessop despite her want to leave. She tries to get her money and keep a low profile but that becomes impossible when she unintentionally catches the eye of Judah Jessop, the son of the hotel owner Mr. Bigg Jessop. Known to be a player, big spender and surrounded by alleged rumors of his outside involvement in the local underground scene, Cynnamon is dragged into Judah's unstable life kicking and screaming. With her dreams so close, Cynnamon can't afford to bail out on her new job but with the sudden drama that's erupted in her life can she fight the black hole of the ghetto or will she be just another product of the hood?
