Hi, Today is the day I am starting a new chapter in my life, a fitness chapter! I keep on saying I am, but I never complete it, which I hate! I am 20 years old, I 5'5" and I weigh 208. I been noticing how much I don't have energy, and I been eating a lot of junk food and gaining! This is my journey to my weight loss and I hope I inspire a person like me to become more motivated!
