Moment of Reflection
Seventeen-year-old Daisy Jarvis is an outgoing, yet quiet girl. She has friends, yet feels alone. Her life at times seems to be an oxymoron. She has plenty to be happy and grateful for, but she struggles with depression and anxiety.
When she is finally discharged from St. Alice's Inpatient Care Facility, she is faced with the real world once again.
With the death of her father, she is horrified to start her senior year. Along her side, her best friend Audrey is giving her all to keep her on the positive road of life, knowing neither one of them would want Daisy back at St. Alice's.
But when she meets someone new in her life, she seems to pull a complete U-turn. Her worries almost non-existent, Daisy's mental state is in a place she would never have thought of before.
