The Scars That Broke Her

Within the span of a year, Noa Barret lost both her mother and her father. Desperate not to lose anyone else she cares about, Noa forbids creating strong bonds with those around her. Though, this proves to be challenging when she is forced to move across town to live with her older brother, whom she hasn't seen in years.

Stricken with grief she doesn't know how to cope with, Noa struggles to comprehend the new changes in her life. That is until some new, seemingly unwanted friends show her what it's like to feel again.
