Supervillains, emerge and of course - heroes rise up against them, but how do people, like politicians hold any control over a superpowered society? Well: you teach people how to be super. If you teach supervillains how to be villains, and superheroes how to be heroes then you can control exactly how they function: turn them into nothing more than puppets. Every person at the ripe age of 18: takes the Destiny test. It determines whether someone is meant to be a hero, villain or a civilian - through a psychology examination in the form of a virtual reality experience. Whatever you get is who you are for the rest of your life. Any attempts to be anything else: will be quickly shut down by the SPPC (Super Powered People Commission). Skylar Dair, has just turned eighteen. He comes from the linage of Dair superheroes, but after being declared a villain by his Destiny test: his whole world shatters around him, and Skylar has to learn - just what makes someone evil. Or else, he won't survive a week at the Acadamy for the Wicked. Meanwhile, unintentionally Skylar begins to inspire a rebellion.
