Despite all her efforts to try and have a good one, Kellie Michaels felt like she was living the exact opposite. She definitely looked like the type of cheerleader that would have an easy life, but- You shouldn't always judge someone based on their looks. • Don't judge a book by it's cover they say. Cooper Riverton tries to do just that, but still manages to remain lonely, -at least in the inside. Not that he has a problem with it though, seeing the brighter sides of things seem to make life less lonely, even when it seems like you have all the friends you could ever want. Until he meets Kellie, a cheerleader who makes awful jokes. And her jokes are pretty awful. But put a couple of awkward chats, and even more awkward diner run-ins with each other- and not the fighting kind, and you get a pair of two very socially and emotionally awkward teens trying to find a purpose for life. And along the way, seeing that life can sometimes be not-so-lonely, -well, at least not all the time.
