Dans le manoir de Spooky, les spécimens sont des créatures démoniaques de toutes sortes, oubliées, ou créées par des humains. Allant des fantômes aux extraterrestres ou encore des démons, ces monstres tuent et effrayent les humains qui osent pénétrer dans cet immense masure. Mais une jeune humaine ayant affronté tout les monstres et traversé les mille portes se retrouve possédée par un démon avant qu'elle n'ai eu le temps de sortir. Elle devint ainsi le premier spécimen humain du manoir et passe sa vie à effrayer les visiteurs en compagnie de Spooky, sa meilleure amie. Elle a oublié la vie qu'elle menait en tant qu'humaine, jusqu'à son véritable nom. Cependant, trois ans plus tard, son ancien petit ami entre dans le manoir... Ramènera-t-il Specimen A à la raison ?
